Beds were comfortable. No outlet in bathroom for a nightlight, the light and noisy fan turned on automatically and the door didn’t close easily. The “hot breakfast” advertised on the web site consisted of toast and old peanut butter that was hard. The waffle batter was too watery to use. The coffee didn’t have much flavor and the muffins were choc. chip so it was more like cake. Yes, it is a cheap place to stay but I won’t stay there again.

We stay at the Columbus Inn every time we are in Columbus for the weekend. We like that the hotel is clean, staff is friendly and you can't beat the price. They have updated many things in all of the years we have stayed there. The beds are comfortable which is hard to find in most motels. We will keep staying there as it is our "go to" hotel in Columbus, Nebraska!

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, shower head was good height for me to stand under. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast Was decent, waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc. Ley locks worked well. Has microwave and mini frig. Thankful for access from the street in back. Quiet location. Road construction from highway makes it difficult to get in from the north. Glad you could go out the back side. The clock cube you could plug into to charge electronics either didn't work or was very slow, had to use 110v adapter

The staff were really helpful, kind, and focused on comfort of the customer. On the other hand the amenities were meager and not appealing. The place was pretty outdated and in need of some repair and renovation. A big plus is the quietness. Much quieter than the more expensive hotels around Rt 30.

It's was clean and comfortable. Excellent internet connection. Nice bed, okay shower.Love the toliet. Nice t.v. Peaceful night. Thanks. Limited cable t.v channels. And its was dusty and musty in the room. I had to turn the AC to get of dusty smell. Don't like the bridge connection cause it's hard to get into the place. Otherwise it's ok.

The front desk staff, I believe her name was Sally - was very accommodating and listened to our needs and concerns. Breakfast selections could be better. Lemon-ginger tea is not a real option for tea-drinkers.
