Four Points by Sheraton Columbus-Polaris

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not have the breakfast because we checked out before it opened. The ice machine on our floor was broken, so we had to go to another floor to get ice. The clock in our room was not set at the right time. The light in the bathroom was motion-activated, so when you got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, this very bright light came on whether you wanted it or not. A night light would have been more helpful and made it easier. The shower had good pressure and there was a good selection of channels to watch. This was a great place for a one-night stay.

So Hotel.com said it had a pool an it didn't my daughter was upset that's she couldn't swim that's one of the reasons I gave a bad review

Nice hotel. Basic for the price. No trash bags in the trash bins. Also, when we first arrived our room door was open. Check in was at 3 and we didn’t get there until 5. So there shouldn’t have been any housekeepers there for a while by then.

Breakfast was included but you have to sit down and order. I would prefer buffet style for business.

It offers easy access to the interstate, making travel straightforward, and there is plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, including the bathroom. The bed provided a great night's sleep after a busy day. Check-in and check-out were both prompt, and the staff was friendly and efficient throughout our stay. It met our expectations completely. While it’s not a full-service resort where you’d spend the entire day on-site, it is far from an outdated or questionable motel. It hits the sweet spot in between—a clean, reliable, and comfortable choice in a great location for anyone visiting for game day or a short trip.

Need to work on their camera system experienced a robbery over Labor Day Weekend their camera were of no assistance

Elevator was questionable but the stay was good.

Amount of space in the room There was a water half empty water bottle under the bed only seen it because I dropped my phone. But over all the room was clean

Room wasn’t completely clean, elevator was broken. The couch in the room was very old and also broken.

Everytime I come to Columbus I come to this hotel. I have never had a problem with my stay. Always nice and clean. I always clean when I go to hotel and this place tends to be clean.

first time stay at this chain. It was really nice. we slept so well! Only downside is kitchen was closed for breakfast.

nice to have EV charging in hotel but some people just park on that spot and their car is not EV maybe little bigger display?

Staff was extremely helpful at check-in and during the stay. Safe and ample parking areas. Lots of places to eat nearby. No issues with room service. Had two dogs with us. They (and us) thoroughly enjoyed are stay!

It was nice and clean They told me breakfast was from 7-9, but next morning it was a sign that said no breakfast today, I was disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was great, everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
