Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Columbus North

Nothing. This was a terrible experience as well as misrepresentation of what was shown online. Everything about this property was not as advertised.

the size of room only dirty smelled bad 2 inch gap under door and people running around all night screaming being loud no hot water and water pressure sucked wife couldn't even wash her hair dead spiders behind door under bed very dirty sheets had hair on them and red stains

The hotel and room was NOT as advertised on the website - it was the worst room we have EVER stayed in and will NOT EVER stay in another Wyndham hotel. There was a sheet over the patio sliding doors, the wood around the bottom of the door jambs was rotten, the floor was filthy, the kitchen we wouldn't even think of using. The room stunk. Overall, paying $176.69 + for this room was a total scam.

Handicap rails not secure. Noisy neighbors and unsafe feeling environment. Very dated and not maintained.

The smell. After we left me and my friend got sick bad fir 4 days sore throat headache and cough. Terrible. The way nothing was clean except the sheets!!!!! I had to rearrange furniture. In the room found nasty toys used from previous people that told me the room was not really cleaned. The executive suite should be the most polished of all but NO

The place was dirty. The room smelled like dogs. The breakfast bar was horrible. And when you ask for something to be refilled, they gave you attitude.

Reserved the loft suite and paid upon booking. When I arrived and checked in the lady just handed me two keys. I was never notified beforehand or while checking in that the room I paid for was unavailable and rooms had a very bad deadly odor

Kind of a weird energy around the place.

Rooms dirty when came... gave only 2 towels when we had more than two people to room.. never told none functioning pool. Not accommodating rooms and room that I booked was not available and had to get two seperate rooms when I have an ADA blind fiance and had to split up kiddos. Not to mention room toilet was wobbly seal was broken and the ring around the tub or cooking completely gone and disintegrated.. needs updated very bad. Not to mention couch bed in room was disgusting had multiple CIGGERETTE burn marks on the arms.

TOTAL DISREPAIR! This property has not been maintained for quite some time. Everything is falling apart. The pool is foul and been closed a long time ago. The beds are extremely saggy. The kitchen is from 1980. The room couch is scary stained and ripped. Should I mention the wasp nest on the stair railing in from of our room... This is a very low-end extended stay property. No longer a real hotel!

NOTHING! We didn’t even stay there! Absolutely disgusting! It was 1.) a truckers stop. 2.) They were doing drugs in the parking lot. 3.) No one spoke English. 4.) DISGUSTING 5.) Not like the description 5.) Not an environment for our children!

The hotel was so bad that I refused to check in after I saw the rooms.

Nothing the place was dirty u can see from the streets molded curtains when u walk inside the smell of moth balks or the building being old was terrible. And the prices was rediculous Everything

The pictures are VERY misleading. There wasn't 1 thing I enjoyed about my stay. The roaches and ants were a real issue. When brought up to staff it was to be taken care of .... They did nothing....we had to sleep with the air conditioner and lights on 24/7! Absolutely disgusting
