Location, cleanliness, staff. Just a great experience

Cool modern feel Not all rooms have a mini fridge which seemed a bit weird, but they moved us to a room that did without hesitation as we had leftovers from our dinner out with us

Great quick trip stay!

Small but clean room with good amenities to balance out the size. Great location in the short north. Walking distance to hockey arena and Ohio stadium. Busy check in on a Friday night.

Everything was amazing Nothing

I liked the location in Columbus. The room was too small for a queen size bed. It felt like a shoebox in there. Thank goodness I didn’t need to spend much time in my room. It felt claustrophobic! The bathroom was a nice size but the shower wand did not work. The shower head worked, but it was directly above and hard to use in that position. I wanted to shower without getting my hair wet, that is why I wanted to use the wand. I felt parking should be included in my charges at this hotel since my room cost well over $300 for one night. I have stayed in New York City at a much nicer hotel for less than you charged me. I won’t be staying here ever again!

Fire hotel lit a party Ryder is the best

Small room but very clean, very cool hotel, it was a one night stop on our way to Nashville still great experience. Fell in love with Columbus.

The atmosphere and interior were very stylish and the rings were spacious and clean. These also had a nice decor Nothing.

It was wonderful and the free drink is a very nice touch.

Great location very modern design good restaurant

Nice hotel, very simple setup but practical and clean. Shared amenities (eg, ironing in common area) was a bit unusual but was sufficient for my needs. Staff was very extremely helpful and provided special arrangements for a business meeting I needed temporary private space to run.

Our stay here was incredible! From check-in to check-out. Everyone was so friendly. They were very accommodating. Helped us with every question. I recommend staying here if you haven’t already. I’d love to go back sometime!!

Love basically everything about this hotel. It's been a couple times now that I've stayed here. The staff in particular are excellent. The location in short north is also awesome.

Disappointing

The hotel was located in short north really close to the concert venue. We were able to walk and get drinks and food before hand then go right to the concert. Everything was great
