I didn't like how my reservations were actually canceled as I was on my way to the hotel, due to rooms being sold out. They gave my room away

Coffee machine missing filter to make coffee Why did I have to log in ahead of time just to have to give all of that information AGAIN to the front desk?? The only reason I checked in ahead of time was to avoid a long check in at the front desk at 1 AM.

The place seemed like a flop house. Cockroashes in rooms hallway. The staff double charged my card.

This place was gross. After checking out my car and about 10 others were broken into. Not a safe area and they double charged my credit card. More work calling them to make it right. Don’t stay here!

They cancelled our reservation within an hour of us arriving.

Each night there was about 3-4 groups of men totalling about 15-20 people hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer and smoking pot until late in the evenings. I had to ask the people at the front desk to have them quiet down their music. The hallways smelled like pot. The room was a bit run down and needs refurbishment. The room was clean but the floors were slippery. The staff was good and breakfast was fine.

Friendly staff. Room was nice. TV and microwave did not work. Missing a hair dryer.

Nothing Dirty, poor amenities, horrible breakfast. Kids were playing in the lobby around 3:00am in the morning. They were shouting. This is the first time i’ve got a worst & disgusting hotels in my life

The beds were comfortable and the room itself was OK. Outdated hotel, old worn out doors, common areas carpeting was filthy. Scary neighborhood. Several cars in a nearby parking lot by the Tim Hortons and laundromat has smashed windows, even saw a car with 3 bullet holes.

Not well kept, the shower floor in our room had a big crack in it when we arrived. Not enough pillows and couldn't get any extras, doors inside have to be forced open. Overall just not a well kept hotel.

The rooms were stale smelling, the rooms and amenities actually need upgraded. The staff was amazing.

The bathroom was horrible I had to clean before using, the property definitely needs help the pics look nothing like what was online. I did see they were renovating but I won’t stay there again. Was non smoking and room smelled like an ashtray plus weed smell throughout entrance and hallways. Everyone was nice but definitely needs better management.

Friendly Staff I wouldn't say dislike, they could clean the rooms a little better. They definitely dont mop the floors. They could also clean up around the outside of the hotel and parking lot.

I hate to complain because the two front desk employees that I talked to tried their best and were so kind…. But this hotel could have done better. It was filthy, loud, unkept. This was a non-smoking hotel but our room was so stuffy with leftover smoke that my kids and I were miserable. We left for dinner one night and came back to our room smelling like weed, because someone was smoking in their room and it flowed through the vents. The doors stuck so hard when you opened them that you could hear them all the way down the hall, it sounded like they were being slammed shut. There were chicken bones on the floor in the hallway in the morning that we were checking out… the dining room was covered in trash both mornings. We tried checking out two days early, but we already paid in full ahead of time and the manager refused to respond and refund our money… it was a disaster. It was overly priced… sorry!!

The staff was lovely. The breakfast was fine, and they made good efforts to constantly top up the hot dishes. That air conditioning, though... while the room was cool it was also very clammy. The sheets felt damp, the carpet felt damp, and no amount of fiddling with the AC dried the room out. Other than that it was a good experience. Don't forget to tip when you leave, the cleaning staff was works very hard!
