I love the location and everyone was so nice I didn't like the fact that the pool was closed thats the main reason I chose that hotel for the indoor pool

The Hospitality Staff was wonderful. To Stephan, the night attendant; Alphadella, the second shift attendant; and to the wonderful housekeeper who changed the covers on our bed because the ones that were on there was wet and still dirty, we cant thank you enough. Our room had this unpleasant smell that had to come from the carpet and the air was used to try to quiet the smell. We am familiar with this tacti, Traveling is a large part of our profesasion and living in rental properties,owners and management uses he air conditioner as away to cover unclean and smelly carpets that also has mold growing beneath it. We will not stay again with all the options that surround this one hotel.

It was very clean and in a great location that was accessible to everything I needed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the indoor pool was not available.

Location, staff and it was quiet The AC in room 327 continue to go in and out which made the room hot.

It was good. It would have been better if it was included or discounted. I appreciate d the fact that it was quiet. However, for things like a birthday in my case or anniversary etc. There should be a small acknowledgement such as a card or a free drink for the main party and party of one, some flowers just as a couple example.

The hotel was nice It was a dead roach in my hotel room that clearly told me the room wasn’t properly cleaned

Julia and Diane at the Front Desk were exceptional with their professional demeanor at all times. Very helpful and delightful personalities made my stay even more enjoyable.

The room is clean.. The shower was dated and had mold spots in it. Everything else was good It was in the area we wanted to stay in and the stores around it were a plus as well

The location was fantastic! The front desk people were absolutely amazing so nice and helpful ! The restaurant was incredible and the waitress was fantastic!! Will stay again when coming back for Karate Tournament next time !! The elevators were sounding very rough and squeaky, very unpleasant riding it.

A great hôtel with staff truly available 24hrs. They have a coffee shop that uses Starbucks coffee beans that was great.

Fitness room did not have a stationary bicycle.

I would stay again. Staff was so nice and the property was great.

We checked in at 5pm. There was a sign that said the bar had happy hour. Asked if it was half price drinks or exactly what was happy hour. Was told “ there are drinks and food”. There was no staff in the bar. We went to dinner- still no staff behind the bar. Went to our room later in bed and noticed a bug. Immediately got up, used my identify app. And said it was a bed bug. Husband went straight to front desk- I started packing our things. Staff member came in and said it was a stink bug and it came in on my clothes. It was not a stink bug. They did move us to a new room. Next morning asked for refund. They said since we booked thru Expedia they would have to give it to us but the hotel would approve the refund. Expedia customer service was great/ however after she talked to the hotel they were only offering half off the room. Really disappointed.

The staff was excellent I will stay there when I go back to Atlanta
