Clean room. Great parking.

Use of pool Curtains not covering windows completely. Used a chair /towel clip to solve the problem.

Crickets in room, mold in bathroom ceiling, duct tape on glass, curtains didn't close.

Close to the beach

The staff was helpful at checkin/out. The room was fine, not really anything special. The a/c was dreadful. It was very hot throughout the night. We requested a late check out due to arriving after 2 am, but we couldn’t sleep and checked out by 9 am. It was an interesting property, very close to the beach.

great view of ocean and proximity to beach (literally a few minutes walk). pool was open late, rooms were clean and well kept. staff was friendly. only disappointment was the shower head pressure. other than that, excellent place to stay

Very clean and nice! Enjoyed our stay!

Hotel location was great, just a short walk to beach. A restaurant was conveniently located next door. Hotel had plenty of parking spaces, rooms clean and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the pool was not available during our stay. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was pretty great, rooms were updated, property was clean, great location to beach and restaurant the staff was friendly. Nice patio area just to sit and talk. My only complaint was night 2 we killed a roach in our room, figured probably just random as we didn't see signs of Roaches being an issue, we were normally check out next day anyway.. Unexpectedly had a lil too much fun so we extended our stay one more night no issues.. Think it may have caused some confusion because a guy staff worker, tried to enter our room jot sure why he wasn't a housekeeper.. Then a couple hrs later the housekeeper also tried to enter, she apologized.. We ordered in a late lunch (pizza) then later that evening headed out for dinner.. Came back late that evening wanted to have a late-night snack opened box and a roach came out.. Threw out 2 pizzas because of it again too late to make a complaint.. So I'm on the fence if it was just a coincidence or if they really have an issue.. Other than that I really loved it but on the fence because it gives me the ick feeling because we didn't want to take a chance so ended up washing all our laundry at a laundromat and sprayed down all our luggage and bags before bringing them inside the house, so I'm not sure if I want to go through all that again, so I'm really struggling on deciding if we ever want to stay again.. We have stayed in plenty of hotels but never had this issue..

If youre there just to lay your head down its not that bad. Just make sure to check if the room got cleaned. (May have new cleaning staff. And the room may not be cleaned correctly was what was told to me.) If you arrive late at night expect NOT to be greeted and wait on the couch for someone rude to show up after calling and calling the front desk with no answer. EXPECT OLD FRUIT AND COLD COFFEE FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE FOR YOUR COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST.

100% my truthful opinion I think the deposit was kind of insane $100 per room thankfully the property only charged me for one room and the parking ended up being included which was kind of nice. I did enjoy the music playing from across the street also the view was great. They did have a free cold water machine. The towels were clean. The room was clean. Only downfall was the AC didn’t work too well the pool was green, but they said it was because maintenance was getting done, but that was for the 2 days I was there and the ice machine was broken but all in all I literally could walk to the beach so that was pretty awesome. Would I stay there again? That’s a big maybe would definitely call before to make sure the pool was clean. The ice machine was working and that the air condition wasn’t leaking all over the floor outside.

Hotel is old and dilapidated. Rooms have a musty smell. Puddles of water on the walkways. AC (room #104) is VERY LOUD -- could not get any sleep. The "Beach View" rooms don't actually have a private balcony like the pics seem to suggest -- it a common walkway/balcony.

Staff were so nice and rooms are clean. Location was great walking distance.

The hotel was terrific, the staff was friendly, the ONE reason I didn’t do five stars was the pool needed some chemicals (was a little green) but hey, you’re right at the beach. It seemed better kept than the neighbor hotels. Coming back soon
