BridgePointe Inn & Suites

Good water pressure Got a room that was already taken, not what the photos showed and could be cleaner. About took the bottom of the car out on the entry speed bump.

where our room was located. sad breakfast. not that clean. old bed

That they even had about a dozen moniters at the front desk that showed that cameras were all around the motel. Loved how close to Interstate and Bfst was good!.And the price was so great!!! There was nothing We didnt like.

Exceptional

The staff is friendly and accomodating with special requests. 24-hour front desk, with a mini-mart just across the street for late night snacks. Room was clean, excellent water pressure in the shower. Quiet. A great olace to stay near the airport.

I especially appreciated the staff. They were helpful, courteous, and friendly.

Close to the casino so was a nice easy walk. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Disappointing

Stephanie greeted us warmly and was helpful! The location was good. The room was clean. The bed was so hard that we didn't sleep well. That's the whole point of a hotel -- a place to get a good sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and well...

Just a quick night’s stay- no issues!

Stephanie was amazing! Very helpful

Clean room, decent breakfast. Good bang for the buck

A difficult location to find; cramped parking. The room was surprisingly nice. A wonderful value! Heard no road noise. Breakfast was sparse, but the area was large and clean. We’d stay again.

Such a great place to stay!! Staff was so helpful

Conveniently located for our needs. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy, and the room looked clean, but when I stepped into the tub my feet left black marks from the “mopped flooring “

I requested a Handicap room due to missing a leg. When we arrived they stated they didn’t get that message and didn’t have a handicap room available for me. The hotel is only 2 floors with no elevator. Not only did they not have a handicap room they also told me they didn’t have any rooms on the first floor, I reserved my room months ago so I believe they should have had a room for us on the first floor at least. I was very dissatisfied because I had to stay on the second floor and had to climb the staircase which was very difficult having only one leg and all my luggage.

The breakfast was great.

Good

It was great!
