What I liked most about this property was the kind, 20 something, Mr. Abdul at the front desk. I had room #2 with a cute balcony overlooking Lake Gregory. I booked this stay so I'd be close to Camp Alpine which is 6 mi away, for my daughter's class trip. Diagonal to this property is a 7-Eleven with a gas station and across the street from that, a upscale supermarket. My room was clean and I felt safe, parking spots just directly behind the property. Overall, a terrific experience. The room needed small little fixes like the outlet by the bed needed tightening the light fixtures were broken, I wanted him to know I did not do that. I pointed them out and he said that he had an electrician that was coming to the property that day. Perfect.

Location is good, by the lake but the housekeeping is horrible, bedsheets weren't changed from the previous guest, had to call front desk person who was very courteous, helped removing/replacing dirty bedsheets.

I am writing to express my appreciation for our recent stay. The hotel is very well maintained, and the location in the middle of Crestline with a view of Lake Gregory was fantastic. Having Toni's restaurant right next door was also a great convenience. Additionally, I want to highlight Abdul at the reception desk, who was incredibly professional and friendly throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

The location is perfect. You can walk to the local market(mercantile) that has everything. Restaurants are also within walking distance and the lake is right across the street. The rooms are a nice size with a balcony, a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave, some even have a fire place.

Very kind front desk gentleman. Room was very clean and decor was pleasant. Bed was comfortable and bedding was nice. Nice balcony.

This is an older hotel in a great location. The person at the front desk was very helpful and attentive! Our room was a bit on the small side, especially the vanity, but was very clean. The option for fresh air and a small sitting area via a sliding door was appreciated.

I thought it was an amazing place to stay. The room was clean the decore was great and the bed was amazing. The staff was super friendly and loved the view and the location.

The staff was very friendly Sayid helped us check in and he was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating! The room was great within an excellent view! There were nice little touches in the room that made you feel welcomed! Excellent location! We’ll definitely be staying here again! I really can’t think of anything. It was perfect for my husband and I!

The room was a wonderful surprise. Beautifully decorated with a fireplace and an unexpected balcony. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Close by to Lake Gregory to walk around the lake. Definitely would recommend this Inn.

Lake view with easy access to everything. Parking can be challenging though.

Great location, excellent housekeeping (clean, plush towels, crisp sheets), balcony with views of lake. Walkable to grocery and lake, and into town. Our room was very dated and dark. Fortunately, housekeeping did an amazing job to make the room smell and feel fresh!

Balcony felt unstable. May need some maintenance.

Sayed was quick at checking me in and was very helpful with information about the area. My room was clean and had good amenities. It is wonderful having a frig and coffee maker in the room with some provided snacks.

The staff was amazingly friendly, and very helpful. We stayed in the single queen room with a balcony facing the main street. It was perfect. Stores and restraunts are walking distance, as well as the Lake. Bed was very comfortable. Our room came with a microwave and mini fridge. We will stay again in the future.

Perfect location, walking distance to many places. Staff was friendly. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Only thing is there's no ice machine.
