Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Cupertino

Our room was clean and the a/c worked adequately.

Clean rooms friendly receptionist

The hotel is in a very convenient and accessible location.

I reserved a king bed w/a sofa bed but when we checked in, we were told the reservation was only for a king bed. This didn’t work for our group, so they had to move us to two doubles. The shower/toilet area was separate from the sink/counter. Not having the sink/counter enclosed with the shower/toilet made it disruptive for our group members who were still sleeping while others were getting ready.

The freeway behind or to the side of this place is under construction at night. Clearly room 131 was privey to all a construction site has to offer as far as noise. I wish I would have requested another room. That's on me, staff should know better imo.

Not helpful staff

Everything was great

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and parking was very convenient to our room. Pleased with our stay and would definitely come back.

Very comfortable room. Wonderful bed. Blackout curtains that actually do keep the light out. Great little coffee maker that is actually useful for heating water for tea without rinsing everyone else's coffee into it. Reasonable price. Easy to park. Lots of dining options within walking distance, Can't think of anything.

very very very very very noisy

Passable

We had a great stay. Just what I expected from a Marriott hotel

Clean rooms!

There was an a woman with dark hair (I think she is Indian but don’t want to label her) at check-in who was not very nice and made it clear that since I booked the hotel with a third party there was nothing she could do to help. She made it seem like it was an issue and for that I was not okay with it. Her attitude was negative and unkind. The rest of the staff was great though. I was disappointed that the breakfast/restaurant area closed at 10am and my options for breakfast to purchase were very limited.

The staff was very helpful. I love the lobby area very nice and clean, relaxing. I wish I could’ve used more of the amenities.

Superb

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was in excellent condition.

I did not like the $10 charge per vehicle with no security patrolling of parking lot.

This hotel was a little disappointing and I would not recommend staying here unless you get an absolutely good deal and are staying for only 1 night. It’s right across from the Apple headquarter, however the hotel felt very outdated. From the single elevator, to the dark hallways and old dirty hallway carpet, musty smell from the room’s air conditioning unit, outdated room decor and doors, and lack of toiletries such as body lotion…it felt more like a motel than a hotel.

The stay was great staff very helpful rooms were clean and comfortable i recommend this to anyone whether family vacation or just business
