Everything was amazing the room was clean, bed was comfortable, amazing shower water pressure, the body wash smelled amazing, and the views in the room where AMAZING

Bed and pillows were excellent. Didn’t clean the room properly.

The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked very well. My only complaint is that the mini fridge again would not keep anything cold. Forget about putting beer or sodas or wine in there.

Love the location, the configuration, and the amenities.

Excellent stay. Very clean hotel that is well maintained. Beautiful rooftop bar with great views. Very nice breakfast. Great location for our needs.

Great stay! It was so close to everything! The trolley stops right in front so that is very convenient to move around. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and immaculate, AC great, staff at the front especially an older gentleman that opened the door that worked all week was a gentleman. So kind and sincere, I really wanted to give him a gift before leaving but he wasn't working Monday afternoon. Bar upstairs good, cocktail menu weird - nothing good. But you can request at bar! The coffee is a bit bland but there's a coffee shop called Sip Stir that has quality coffee. The elevator is weird, skips bottom levels. Always available. Location has everything around, even a tram stop.

Our stay at the Canopy was delightful! From the time you enter the property and are greeted by the valet, to the front desk staff and the wait staff and bartenders, everyone was warm, helpful and quick to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy! I would highly recommend staying at the Canopy if you find yourself in Uptown Dallas!

Excellent facility. Had everything you needed. Close to shops. Had a trolley car out the front which was free to ride around town. Michael went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Due to the hot weather he gave us a later checkout before our flight home. Nothing

The hotel was beautiful and we throughly enjoyed everyone who worked there.

Nice, because it's right by public transportation and walkable to many areas as well. The restaurant did close the kitchen 20 min early, so be warned if you are arriving late (our flight had been delayed several hours). Other than this, it really was an excellent place to stay.

They had ants in my room so we had to change it and I got a smaller room which wasn’t ideal. But they did give us accommodations for the inconvenience. Sometimes staff at the front desk are just on their phones which wasn’t professional. But if you needed something they would help you.

Bicycles No pool!

Clean room and a pretty spacious king bed room. Bathroom area and closet space was right sized. Overall great place to stay with proximity to some great restaurants.
