Lets get to what I hated, this is a business hotel. I was in room 417. THERE WAS NO DESK OR CHAIR FOR A DESK. When I complained, the girl at the desk said they pulled al the desks and chairs from all the '17' numbered rooms. She refused to help me get a desk. The bed and room were otherwise great. The airport shuttle and driver were wonderful.

Required maintenance was very inconvenient as we had no power. No AC, lights, iron, etc. showering in the dark, walking down steps with flashlights, having wrinkled clothes to an event. Not accommodating at all.

Terrible check in. Girl at desk would not get off the phone. Took more than 15 minutes to check in. Not want I wanted at the end of a long work and travel day

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Love was perfection! First of all, the hotel is beautiful! The lobby set up and furnishings…nice! They have an airport shuttle that will drop off to and pick up from the Dallas Love Field airport. The restaurant attached to the hotel, “Sports Page Grill,” is very good and provides room service. The hotel room was VERY clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. The walk-in shower was perfect! And the lighting all throughout the room and bathroom was excellent! No struggling through poor lighting while trying to do your hair and makeup. My stay was so impressive and satisfying that from now on my first choice, no matter where I go, will always be a DoubleTree by Hilton!
