Great staff, clean room, good breakfast.

Professional & helpful staff.

Nothing Booked 2 queens, they gave us 1 queen with couch. When we got to room and realized tried to call front desk-phone did not work. Went to front desk they said it was their discretion to give us 2 queens or not. No hair dryer. 1 coffee. Ice maker broke

nothing no air , rooms was nasty , pee stains on the beds , the battery on our door died was locked out our hour for 2 hours

Hotel was great, well maintained. Rooms were clean, common areas were clean.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and didn’t smell like mold or anything strange. I was able to get a greats night rest because the bedding was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The only bad thing I could say is that the hotel is right by the freeway so sometimes you will be disturbed by loud traffic but besides that it is in a very accesible part of town near downtown.

Location was good My original room was dirty. I mean I looked like someone had just rolled out of bed. The power went out as well the halls were hot I mean hot

Breakfast was good, the floor we were on was fairly noisy, but the room was comfortable. The staff we spoke with was very helpful and nice.

Jonathan was the receptionist was awesome and very helpful No air conditioning’s in the hallways made it hot and muggy

Property was conveniently located and accommodations where clean. Room was now that what I had expected. A/C in common area on 5th floor was not working. Was told it was being wired on . But my visit was during a 4 day holiday and no workers were not presently working. Room a/c was perfect.

Needs better maintenance and the rooms are not as clean fridge rusted

The breakfast was superb!

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and clean, the rooms were nice, and the a/c was cold (certainly a reprieve from the 104• TX weather) oh, and I think that the buffet style hot breakfast is definitely worthy of note! There were ants in the bathroom, but nothing that a little bug spray couldn’t fix. At least there weren’t any roaches, I can’t do roaches.
