HomeTowne Studios By Red Roof Dallas - North Addison/ Tollway

The location and price. The shower had good water pressure. The bed wasn't comfortable. It was clean but very outdated/

Location There were two springs poking out of the mattress on one bed

Room doesn’t look like the pictures online and it smelled like smoke. You can tell and smell it’s an old room. Definitely need an upgrade.

the room was pretty clean and had a stovetop to cook on, and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The stay was great no issues at all. Slept well. Great location.

Bad

Everything was good.

Good

Price

It was decent u get what you pay for, I waited hours to a day for someone to come and check on the room i had issues with the toilet the stove wasnt working nor was the stove light or stove fan. But the guy receptionist did come and deliver me a remote that the room was missing so I definitely appreciate him. Other than. That everyone was pretty cool .

Nice and clean lovely food friendly

Passable

Nothing really works. No hot water. Nothing really worked in my room. It had a weird smell

Nothing Very nasty place to stay

Very nasty place to stay

Nothing Everything

Completed remodel should be done and no access for disabled people

Exceptional

I liked the location. I did not like that my door cardreader / lock did not work properly.

Ive stayed at this property numerous times over the past 10-12 years, 3 different brands, and I will say the property is run down, roach infested over-priced accomodations. Pay a few more $, pass this place.
