Mint House Dallas Downtown by Kasa

Once you get passed it’s self serve you are good. Don’t be buzzed when you get there bc you have to use your noodle bc there’s a few codes you have to punch in to get to your room. I’m a boomer so I brought my boys. FYI

This is a lovely place to stay. The view is phenomenal, the room is tastefully decorated, and the associated amenities are excellent. Truly loved my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mint House. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the views of downtown Dallas were stunning. We would absolutely recommend it, and would consider staying here whenever we’re in town.

We’ve stayed at this place several times over the years, and it has become our go-to getaway from the busyness of suburban life. The city views are beautiful, especially at night and in the morning when you wake up. There’s something about staying here that makes you feel like you’re living a little more luxuriously, almost like a taste of the high life! If you’re looking to break away from the routine of a typical hotel stay, this is a fantastic alternative. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby and lots to do, making it the perfect spot for a date night or a relaxing weekend getaway. We always enjoy coming back!

Elevator to 48floor then you take the elevator to either 49 or 50 floor. Unit was excellent with two bathrooms, bedrooms and washer/ dryer also had full kitchen although I don’t think many use but we certainly did. It does take some time to cook a full meal steak and veggies ( frozen) fry pan is very small and only a small pot. We did buy a larger pan but unfortunately it would not work with induction cooker. We liked the property only suggestion we would have is detailed instructions on how to use stove top, convection cooker and washer dryer. We were able to figure out how but it would be much easier if in writing to be able to refer to. Also no details on what to do when the rubbish bin is full as it turns out you tie the bag up and leave it outside your door for the hotel staff to get rid of. Note on bench would have made this easier instead of having to contact front desk.

The room was exactly as described and the property was very clean. The elevators were not an issue and very fast to the floors. I didn’t review the staff because I had no contact with them because of the virtual desk.

The only hotel I’ll ever stay in when I come to Dallas! I just returned from my second vacation at Mint House Dallas and I seriously cannot recommend it enough! Perfect for families or couples, within walking distance of so many great restaurants and things to do, and close enough to the expressway that it honestly doesn’t take long to get anywhere in the metro. Worth every penny!

Had a lovely time here. Everything was clean and there were lots of useful amenities available. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Kasa Hotel in Dallas during a solo business trip. From start to finish, everything was excellent. The location was fantastic and very convenient, and the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated how comfortable and well-kept everything was throughout my stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed anything. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the welcoming and attentive service. I would absolutely recommend Kasa Hotel to anyone visiting Dallas, whether for business or pleasure. I would definitely stay here again!
