Holiday Inn Express & Suites Davis - University Area by IHG

Very good

Hotel was clean the staff was nice an overall great experience.

This booking was great, everything was great, but the next booking I used your service for didn't even get a ZERO rating! Nothing

Friendly staff and easy to use AC are what I liked best. Nothing

Breakfast had good options for everyone in my family. Roomy and comfortable for us; staff was friendly; nice free bike rental a plus!

Exceptional

Alex was very kind and helpful to meet my needs for an accessible shower at least. It was comfortable, quiet, and restful. Breakfast was wonderful! No grab bars as you exit the shower. Not every disabled person uses a wheelchair. The floor was wet and slippery. There's no place to hang a larger towel near the shower to dry off. Squeeze bottles are pretty hard to dispense shampoo, etc.

The location to the university and various restaurants in stores

Excellent hospitality! Very clean. Staff super friendly and professional. Def will be staying here again.

Breakfast It was good

The room was very clean. Made up room everyday. Parking was easy.

Disappointing

Parking was easy, the room got cleaned, which was surprising, most places don’t do that any more and the breakfast was pretty good. I wish the hot tub was hot and the pool towels were plenty. Also the keys stopped working. Otherwise, would definitely stay again!

Location is close to UC Davis. The breakfast was very nice. The room is clean. Noisy !! There was a bunch of kids running and stomping up and down the halls on every floor !!! It would have been nice if the hotel staff could step in and intervene. The kids were also messing around in the gym so other guests didn’t want to go in.

The location. The elevator was out of order and there was no bathroom extroctor.

Everything was good but I didn’t like the noise of the footsteps from the floor above me.

Great location, clean facilities, but breakfast area is kind small so it could get crowded in the early morning.

Staff, location

Very clean
