The rooms are disgusting The room haven't been properly cleaned nor disinfected needed some upgrading holes in a wall roaches everywhere it's just a mess

Just the price and that they gave me back my deposit on time It wasn't clean nor comfortable

The shower was big It wasn't that clean

That it had a bed That the room was dirty

It was quite Room was a little dirty

The day shift staff was rude and they were not very clean

I turned in my room key early in the morning because I had to work that day and was told that my deposit was supposed to be back on my card in 3 to 5 business days but my deposit still hasn't shown. I left the room exactly how it was before I got the room. The rooms tv didn't work, the sheets had holes in them. The windows were way too thin.

Everything

Great price and location Could use an update

Nothing. The man was rude, charged extra fees and claimed it was from this website. Will not use them or booking.com again. Everything. Sheets and towels were crusty and nasty. Roaches under the bed. Spiders in the tub. Plug ins sparked fire when used. Tv didnt work. The door was held shut by BEER BOXES. The door did NOT lock. Had to block it off with a chair. The staff was rude. The place smelt horrible. Holes in the walls.

N it much to like Needed extreme attention and upgrades

Private The check out time is too early come on 10am.

The property was unbearable and very dirty the bathroom was like a gas station or protapady I asked for a refund but you wanted to charge me for cancellation I will not be using your services ever again. The place had bed bugs!!! And you wouldn’t give me a refund I will be recommending your company and service as a joke Everything not worked so I had to spend more money for a live-able place to lay my head

price I killed 4 big crickets coming out of a hole in the wall under the sink, and roaming around the room so I took things off the floor.

Cheap Roaches everywhere

Nothing!! The room was dirty, there was food in the refrigerator and freezer. No toilet paper in room and trash in floor. The TV didn't work and I had to get staff to come to room to fix it. There was no lamps or telephone in room either

Price Didn't like the owner or how run down the room & the place as a whole looked

I thought it was nice at first I went there to relax, first day housekeeping wakes me up, tells me to put the do not disturb on the door, which I did after that then maintenance comes by banging on the door wants to come in and paint while I’m there again I told them no I got ready to leave one day This older couple comes by asking about the room. I told them I needed towels, coffee, etc., and to leave it outside by the door, they went inside my room while the do not disturb was on and without my permission upon arriving I did all of this reservation online. It should have been $439 For six days in a queen bed smoking what I got was king bed for 480 something dollars no smoking aloud because they were changing over to another hotel name the very next day a friend of mine check in gets a smoking room imagine that totally dissatisfied and want some kind of compensation

There weren't enough wall sockets for plug-ins

the location i have not stay ion a room that old
