What an amazing downtown hotel! We had a beautiful corner room on the 10th floor and absolutely loved our stay. The historic charm and attention to detail throughout the entire hotel were incredible. Everywhere we looked, there was something unique to admire. We only stayed for one night, but we truly wished we could have stayed longer! The hotel offers fantastic amenities and is within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants. Valet parking was a great convenience, and every staff member we encountered was courteous, welcoming, and friendly. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back for another visit. Highly recommend!

Room is very comfortable; staff and valet very accommodating. Love the vibe in the lobby and the morning complimentary coffee and pastry options. Service at bar left some room for improvement.

The rooms are beautiful, high ceilings, beautiful shower, soft fluffy beds, friendly staff, classy bar, very good salad with artichokes. The surrounding area was not comfortable for me a single person to walk to or from the building after dark

1. I did not like that during valet I had to get out of my vehicle and ask for assistance. 2. The pillows were soft but flat. I didn’t sleep well. 3. When I asked for more pillows they were brought to me, but I had to put the pillowcases on them myself. 4. I love that there was pre-installed apps on the tv. I wish there were options to add more.

The location of the hotel is terrific. When we got to our room, we found that the bed looked like someone had laid down on it! The pillow had clearly been used and the top of the bed was messy. I took a picture of it; my husband went downstairs and showed the front desk clerk the picture. He didn't apologize, just said: I'll get you another room, which he did immediately. But, it was a bad first impression. I also found the high price of parking a little offensive when you can park on the street for free basically.

Came when there was no internet for both days. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible but not having WiFi for the price I was paying was really disappointing. I was traveling for work and was depending on getting work in while there.

Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great.

Excellent stay. Great location

Love the interior, great gym for a quick workout, yummy breakfast, and super sweet staff. Food service closed at 9:00 pm which I totally understand! I just was bummed to doordash when I got in late and then had a late event. Would have loved even a limited menu like a burger!

Decor and staff Was a little humid so the sheets felt kinda damp.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location

I love the ambiance of the hotel. Great staff and the restaurant has really good food! Try the smash burger and avocado toast for breakfast. Nice bar to have a few drinks and mingle and an in-room mini bar and snacks. Oh and it's pet friendly! I would like hotter water in the shower, like lava lol.

Very nice classic hotel downtown.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful, and they were so kind to our dog. We stayed overnight during a road trip and wish we were staying longer. It will definitely be our go to for future stays in the area.
