Tru By Hilton Norwalk Des Moines

It was a clean and pleasant stay. Breakfast had many choices for many dietary restrictions, including vegetarian/vegan, Gluten Free, etc. They did have sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, hot oatmeal, yogurt with all the toppings, fresh fruit, milk & almond milk, pastries just to name a few choices.

I did not like the fact that housekeeping didnot come in daily to replace towels and

Shower curtain.\nCould have been cleaned better

This is my 2nd stay at a Tru Hilton.i stayed in the one in Milwaukee. They are very nice for the price.

Fairly new property. Clean. Convenient. Fairly close easy drive to DSM Airport.

One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in

Beautiful hotel, staff was super friendly, good selections for breakfast, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

Very modern and clean. Noisy walking from floors above. TV channels limited and slow navigation.

Great clean room and staff will help very friendly, parking ideal. Breakfast food and area very clean and hot, fresh pancakes.

Newer Hotel. Walking distance to restaurants

We were very happy with the facility it served our purpose very well. If your looking for a place to stay and relax, I would choose a resort but for the travelers looking for a very clean great looking well maintained and well equipped facility this is for you.

Very crash. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great.

Bedbugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Need I say more

The air handling unit in our room was noisy. It sounded like pipes rattling against each other and was cyclical. I tried different fan speeds but didn't help.

Microwave and a Freezer Section for the small refrigerator would be nice

Great stay

Very clean!

Very quiet and clean place.

Our room was clean and so was the hotel itself. Breakfast was good - normal hotel food. Location was good for us. The only negative is the room was smaller than most hotel rooms (we had a king room), but that wouldn't keep us from staying again.

Everything was great, except we spilled something on the sheets, asked the front desk to have them changed. When we got back at nite, they were not changed. Other than that the property was worth the stay. Would stay again.
