AC was not working properly, and got no sleep as it was so hot at night. No one available
-
The property, pool and hot tub No microwave and the AC unit could not overcome the heat outside, uncomfortable hot night trying to sleep

The perfect place relax This is my 2nd stay and I will be back,

The staff were super helpful and were able to get me an early check-in for a last minute booking. Also, the pet area in the back was perfect. It was a safe and secure area for my pets to go about their business. While I didn't use it, the jacuzzi and heated swimming pool seemed relaxing and a great way to relax on a hot day.

The peace and quite plus kitchen access

PROS: Clean, modern, bright and pretty room. Large space. Helpful staff communication. Self check-in. Allows dogs. Area right outside room for pet relief, however, no grass. Great little kitchen area with full-size fridge and lots of supplies. Great amenities. Optional spa services. CONS: I was not made aware by Hotels.com nor lodging that my room would be offsite down the street. This in itself was not an issue because as mentioned above, the room was great. However, at this offsite location, there was street parking only. You were not allowed to park up the driveway near the rooms. This was inconvenient, and although proved to be safe, it was stressful to think about the heavier, larger items I had in my car that I could not take to the room. OVERALL: I would absolutely stay here again, with or without dogs. And although I only stayed one night while passing through a multi-state drive, I would also absolutely stay here for an extended period of time

Pool was open all night

It was a wonderful experience. Their facilities and staff were amazing and an extraordinary surprise.

I love this place and visit often for a nice and quiet getaway. It's clean and the mineral waters are amazing. I don't like when it's time to check out... so sometimes I stay an extra night.

One of the best places we’ve stayed at, that’s why we continue to come back

Really enjoyed our stay here, everyone was great, and great atmosphere.

This hidden gem is definitely worth checking out. Incredible value for the price. The spa zone in Desert Hot Springs is located in a very sketchy part of town. These natural minerals bring resorts, hotels, and motels, are located in the middle of residential neighborhoods in really bad areas. We knew what we were signing up for before we checked in.
-
there was no actual breakfasts but they had a fully equipped kitchen fully stocked with items.

Be aware that if you book this "boutique hotel" you may be staying down the street in a neighborhood in what appears to be a converted garage in the back of a house. There is no parking on property You have to find someplace to park on the street and then worry about your car. Inside was clean and comfortable, but I did feel completely safe. I reached out through hotels.com but didn't get a response. We ended up staying since we just needed a place to sleep while visiting Joshua Tree and Palm Springs and it was significantly less than hotels in Palm Springs. But I would not choose this property again.

Everything Someone was at my door
-
This was advertised as a resort, which it is not. At half price it would have been an ok motel.

Some how I got the impression this was kind of a hot springs - spa kind of place. I wasn't neccessarily looking for either of those amenities but I was expecting that kind of vibe? Over-all the room was nice, but it is not a hang-out spot. In a residential neighborhood. We were located in their "annex" property. It felt more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel or an inn. We stayed here for a Saturday night before going to tennis finals the next day. Chose the spot because I was looking to avoid astronomincal hotel costs closer to the venue. It served its purpose, but I don't think I would stay here again.

The place is small and intimate. Just about perfect!
-
Nothing relaxing or comforting here just a bad motel
-
Very efficient process to get into my room. The room was very clean and comfortable.
