Residence Inn By Marriott Detroit Dearborn

It was simply nice, modern, and clean.

Cleanliness No

Really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the service, accommodations, cleanliness of the rooms, and food quality. Will definitely stay there whenever our travel takes us to Dearborn.

They took my money

Pretty decent

The hotel desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.

New look and very clean

Everyone was nice

Room was very nice but overly expensive. Stay at candlewood and get same type of room but bigger. For lower price I’m sure. My charge in receipt was 244.19 and my account was charged 270.00 . We were not informed of additional charge after checkout.

the location and spaciousness , and having a kitchen hearing construction early in the morning from the next room

My hotel stay was canceled by Residence Inn because after being given 3 different rooms, they all had dead bug over the pull out beds, so the hotel canceled my reservation and told my daughter and i to leave at 10/1030pm after we drove 9hours and 45 minutes to come stay for my mother's birthday party. The gave no alternative accommodations and told me I had to contact Hotels.com to get my money back. Hotels.com advised they would be issuing a refund as after speaking with the front desk person, it was acknowledged that the rooms provided to me had dead bugs on the mattress. To add insult to injury 2 woman over 500+ miles from home kicked out in the dark at a late hour, I see they have put a hold on my debit card today, 3/22 for no reason since you kicked me out. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying and if you stay anyway, check your room thoroughly.

Staff was great

The breakfast was excellent with a variety options. Large room withe excellent kitchenette. Location is secluded from restaurants bordering residential.

Horrible horrible very bad horrible associated with spring Hill and they both have awful customer service as well as they like to steal your money in your deposits horrible customer service horrible both ways Horrible do not go here

Very rude

Close proximity to Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum. Comfortable, clean suites, and decent pillows. M/a

Nice, clean, easy to get to, close to shopping and restaurants. Nothing to dislike. Everything was great.

I asked them to fix my toilet twice and they didn't. Didn't even offer to switch my room.

Everything was nice and clean. There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay.
