They are on you. You can't get extra towels without them charging you. Ulu can't use ice machine without them questioning you. They wanna charge you extra to get an extra pair of sheets if you stay more than a day. Not a friendly place. There bad owners who take the beer you leave and sell it to customers for a couple dollars. There exactly how yiu picture LA people. Dirty and no shame.

Owner is rude. The room was booked for 3 people but ended up bringing my son as well. However , the room only had 2 body towels. We asked for more the next day and it was only 2 but we didn’t notice til later that one of the towels had a blood stain. So I asked my husband get us 2 more towels at night so we can shower and dry up with clean towels. When we checked out, owner was rude and hostile and told me to read a sign on the window. Apparently my daughter accidentally stained the sheet because she got her period and probably put the pad wrong before bed. He was rude and said they don’t wash the sheets on site and that they get their sheets from an outside vendor. I don’t understand how that was my fault. I didn’t notice the stain before I left or I would’ve cleaned it myself.

The desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly, the buttons were unresponsive and hard to turn on or adjust once you finally got lucky and able to turn it on

Nothing other than the location it’s at The room was in a terrible state. There were multiple stains on the sheets, pillows, and bathtub. The housekeeping was also poor, and the staff was very rude. The owners were equally rude and disrespectful even upon check out. The pool was not open and was dirty as well. It was locked with a small lock, so don’t believe the advertising. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. There are other surrounding hotels that offer much better service. Oh, they also do not have proper locks for extra safety. Don’t stay here!!!! It’s not worth $400^ for 3 nights

Manager was not friendly nor helpful, however just needed a place to rest and the room was spacious and beds were a good size.

Large parking lot, nice to have a liquor store in the same parking, close to shops, overall great place to stay, highly recommended

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at when you walk in the room it smells like raid and they have cockroaches. Customer service reception people are horrible with service.They have no integrity and want to rip people off.Be very careful with the man and woman they will try to over charge you anyway they can.I will never stay there again.I hope they don't steal my deposit.Please don't stay there ..

Property looks remodeled and nice. Convenient liquor store shares the parking lot. Too bad pool is closed. They didn’t explain why it was closed.

The rooms are big with an extra area that has a sofa. I love thst they have microwave and small fridge.
