They got new management as have gone way down hill. Staff is friendly but I’m constantly stuck in rooms that smell like an ashtray. The last year I’ve used this hotel roughly twice a month and I don’t think I’ll ever stay again.

Very misleading online. They say the pet fee is $10 per dog per day with a $50 deposit per stay. I am sorry but the $50 is very misleading. It is NOT a deposit. It is a FEE non-refundable. They advertise a kitchenette, but although the kitchenette were be nice if there was any thing in it. Not a dish , a fork or spoon. All the drawers and cupboards are empty. Nice hot plate but nothing at all to use on it. The stairs at the end of the hall were covered with some white powder that appeared to be used to repair the stairs but never cleaned up. They also advertise a free internet, but the free internet is only for checking email. Otherwise you get to pay for it. We were NOT pleased

No clean room service, you must be there for one or two weeks to get room service. Some of the staff were not with a good attitude. Only a small bottle of shampoo and one small bar of soap, I have to as from desk for more every time. I have to take duty towels to from desk to get clean ones.

The staff was great and really friendly. Super happy with my room. That was my second stay there. Thank you for clean rooms and wonderful service.

Smell of cigarette I'm the rooms. Smell of marijuana in the hallways.

The room is near by high way, too noisy ! I asked change the room, they changed the new room for me in the second day, but the room is not clear!

Was moved to three different rooms due to unclean environment before one was found semi clean. Room 1: Shaving stubble in sink and hair in bathtub, and black stuff under top sheet. Ron 2: Chairs totally shredded, fridge dirty and hair on shower, in basher and around toilet, sticky puddle near bed Room 3: still some hair in tub and in floor near grout, floor under bed not clean and bed rattled every time I moved but so exhausted I just stayed, at least the sheets were clean and there was actually soap shampoo and lotion.

Alcohol (and maybe marijuana) was being used freely in front of building made it feel unsafe to my underage kid. Unwiped coffee spill on bedside table made it seem that the place was not clean. No extra towels provided. No dishes or pots for kitchen. The place looks nice in pictures but it is being poorly managed. Would not stay here again.

Terrible don’t let the look of a new hotel fool you. It’s pretty much a motel 6 if not worse.

The property was clean. That's about it. It is noisy inside the room as there is no carpet on the fabricated wood floor allowing every little noise from above and next door to be heard. LOUDLY. Bare bones room......2 thin towels, 2 plastic cups.........................The smoking area/bench is directly in front of the main entrance...JUST GROSS going in and out.....every single time. The front desk was less than engaging. Actually rather rude. Did I, my 5 year old grand and daughter feel safe--NOPE. It was expensive too. I equate this hotel experience equivalent to my one and only time flying Spirit airlines. Shoulda gone to the Holiday Inn down the road.

Even though this hotel has a small kitchenette, they have nothing for you to be able to use in the kitchenette and I’m pretty sure that a lot of people rent these rooms long-term. We saw a couple of drug deals going on out in the parking lot. We had a room next to us with big dogs barking for hours. It’s pretty much as bad as a motel six if not worse no iron in the rooms.

Overall its fine. The room had a mild lingering smell of dog breath and smoke. The floor was not swept or mopped. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean, the room has lots of space, and closet shelves are nice. Check in/out is very fast.

The staff was helpful, but the rooms were not clean. We tried one room for a night but it smelled strongly of tobacco smoke so we changed rooms and found that there was black dog hair in the corners of the room, a wad in the trash so we knew it hadn't been emptied and even stuck in the intake vents of the air conditioner. Gross! Pet friendly should not mean all guests should have to put up with the remnants of your pet . The bed was clean, but there were only two skimpy bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels.

Cleanliness Walks to thin, could hear people talking next room over. Floors from upstairs was cracking as the upstairs guest was walking around.
