The studios are very old. You can tell the cleaning is done well but there are old stains that routine housekeeping can not clean. OLD Carpets needs to be removed and replaced with washable flooring. Fabric wrapped bed frame and sofa need to be replaced. Smoking seems to be permitted or at least tolerated and cigarette butts were littering the entrance near our room. The outdoor landing in the third floor outside our room (and three other rooms) looked liked it hadn’t been swept in months. Towels, Bed sheets and pillows were clean as was the bathroom and the kitchen.

Cancelled my booking without any notice, leaving me scrambling to fi another place at 10:00pm.

The property was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. We asked for a low floor due to one of us being disabled but we were given second floor with stairs. It was okay for what we needed.

The location and the staff was wonderful Carpets were very dirty, the tile was all broke in front of the bathroom sink and toilet. The coffee pot was dirty as well. The lights in the bathroom flickered. The room didn't look as bright as nice as the photos

It was a nice stay in Dublin Ohio. It was very very spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

First thing we found when walking in our “suite” was a cockroach lounging on the couch. We had to request bedding, pillows and towels. We got towels as we were packing to leave. Stay away .. very far away!

The photos advertising the hotel were not the hotel. The first room we were given had cigarette butts littering the steps and the deadbolt lock on the room was completely broken. We were given a new room which was dirty, hair in tub and sinks. Stains on carpet and couch. Couch cushions did not fit the couch. Front safety door with card lock on front of building was constantly jammed open. I kept shutting it and people kept jamming it back open. Felt very unsafe. Our door jam was damaged in the mor I b when we woke up, appeared someone used a tool on it, there were paint chips on the floor underneath from the tool. We left a night early and went home. No one was at the desk so we left the key

The size of the room and everything that comes with it. The appliances the dish so pan stuff like that No

The pullout couch looked like somebody died in it…..bloodstains all over it. Disgusting and checked out immediately. Do not stay there!!!!!

Exceptional

The room were big but the floors were not clean and they had no broom to sweep them.

Nothing When we got we didn’t stay ,had to go get another hotel. The sheets were stained ,the walls and floors were stained , plug cover was broken and could reach the electric plug , had a 3 and 6 year old, there were cockroaches on the stove and in the lights .

It was the grossest hotel I have ever been, dirty Qtips other peoples hats soaking wet carpet, beed necklace hanging over lamps it was not pleasant and we did not stay the whole night we had to find a new hotel last minute

It was a convenient location to the shuttles running for the Irish Festival The setup and cleanliness of our suite was excellent, but was a bit on the shabby side, especially in the bathroom area. Even so, we would probably stay there again.

It was more like an apartment complex than a hotel. It was dated but clean overall.
