Clarion Pointe Durham Research Triangle Park

No shower curtain. Room smelled like smoke!

The hotel was dirty.. The owner need to do a better job with maintaining the property.

I rested good To many drug addicts walking around, standing in the park, arguing, several police came from the back of motel when we first arrived.

Staff When you pull in front it van with towel and men standing outside drinking on the front of building prostitution women and strange looking men’s standing in the front trash on ground

Absolutely no liking at all Everything!! The parking lot had broke down cars and vehicles with flat tires. The elevator had trash in it. The rooms are horrible and half cleaned... the so called spa tub is so old the mechanisms are rusty and the holes are big to where critters come out of them. Lots of bad chalking are throughout the room. Also BEWARE...THERE ARE ROACHES THERE TOO so don't put anything one the floors nor counters bcuz my family member had a roach crawl in his cup. Oh and the AC sucked as well.

Horrible should not be on travel sites Dangerous and unsafe

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area outside was concerning and there was trash all around our car and the parking lot in the morning.

The main kitchen by is clean and guest services was great The drug heads in the rooms in the front of building run down cars in the front of building

Drug attics in parking lot reported overdose vomit all over parking lot sex workers in lobby looking for customers

Location rooms in ground floor were filled with smoke

It's in a great location. Hotel was clean. Good breakfast Seemed to be a high volume of homeless people around leaving trash

Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free.

It was ok

The breakfast was repeated twice in a row….and was fair in offerings The smell in one of the rooms from previous renters

This place was awful! It is not well kept. The rooms were not clean. Will not ever stay there again!

Room was clean and functional. Handy location. Smoke smelling hallway. Sketchy clientele; appeared to be housing indigents, many of whom weee smokers. No one at desk to check in at 5:30 pm for 20’

Room was okay for a very short stay. Building not so clean. Would not eat the breakfast.

The rooms were okay The employees were very rude the breakfast was terrible no one greets you when you walk in every just looks and stares as if you did something wrong to them or acts like it hurts them to speak

Location Was not clean at all. Staff is very rude.

My room had a damaged door. It did not seal completely. There were stands on my floor and the staff was extremely rude. Whenever I tried to make them aware of it before I left. It’s also a disappointing that they feel that they can take $100 per room for damages. Meanwhile, the rooms are already damaged and they don’t take that money and repair the hotel.
