Shuttle, nice room friendly staff

Natasha is amazing and should be promoted to Manager. She was helpful, polite, and patient when we requested an additional room that needed to be across the hall or adjoining. I appreciate her willingness to work with us. This hotel is my favorite stay as I’ve stayed here 4 times when visiting Raleigh/Durham area. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cafe has good breakfast

Nice and clean No issue

I liked the foyer, the comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms are nice and big, with big windows and no carpet. It's quiet and the staff is nice, although probably not older than 18 years. Every one and every time. The airport shuttle during my first visit was a private Tesla drive, 10 days later, there was no airport shuttle after 4pm on a Saturday. During my 2nd stay (12 day difference), no airport shuttle, a fire alarm went off at 3am and was only shut off at 8am. No effort was made to stop it, although numerous people complained. Thank God for my earplugs. I was on the 6th floor. The next morning the manager first avoided me and then stared blankly at me. Manager totally inept. The front desk staff are very kind and hospitable, but too young and untrained to have problem solving skills. I didn't know if there was a fire or not and almost called the fire department, but was too tired and jetlagged to bother. So definitely safety issues here. I should think the manager knows he is also responsible for the safety of his guests! Although the restaurant closes at 9pm, the front desk staff told me not to enter the restaurant at 8h40 as they are closed already. I had an international evening arrival. No car, no food as there is no room service. On the 6th floor, the area to get water was filthy and stinking with an overflowing trashcan. Unhygienic. There was no AC in the foyer/lobby or hallways. My 2nd experience was very disappointing. No airport shuttle service from 4pm on a Saturday!

Martise was amazing at the front desk when our original room was very warm and not cooling off. He got us in a new room in less than 30 minutes. Gym was great, hotel was very clean.

Amazing . That it only had one washing machine and Dryer . You need one on each floor or make One section for The Landry room

I like everything the staff was amazing. Front desk always had a smile On their face and helped me with any questions I had .And the restaurant at the hotel the food was amazing .The pantry in the hotel was perfect . I like everything .
