The Hot Tub is awesome, staff were very nice, Room was nice, yes very friendly.

Airport access was wonderful even with the mess on 77, and around the airport. Great value for the cost.

Clean room. Very comfortable beds. Loved having a shower stall in the room. Decent breakfast. Free parking. Room was a good size. Wifi was spotty. Kept going in and out.

The gym was clean and in good working order - no towels though. Also when i checked in there was a group of men outside the front door smoking and drinking out of a bottle. As a single woman I was weary. One of the men followed me in and kept asking to help me with my bags, I was saying no thank you no thank you and he would not leave. The front desk lady seemed oblivious to my situation. She asked for all my info and I told her I didn't feel comfortable giving it to her and she said she needed it. She even loudly announced my room number in front of the drunk man. Nothing happened but I was nervous all night - I had an early flight so that was good. When I lay down in my bed there were several dead flies in the light directly above my head.

Breakfast was decent, location was good Our room was disgusting, bugs in the shower, to s of bugs in the lights and on top of the painting. Blood on the sheet, sticky stains on the carpet. The smell on the hall was nauseating. The hot tub was not hot and appeared dirty. Had to switch rooms due to the bugs. Hot tub had chemicals put in it. Waited the 30 minutes was told before able to use. Still appeared murky and dirty

Comfortable, clean, staff was very helpful, friendly and polite.

The interior of rooms had an unusual smell. I did not use the hot tub because the water was too dirty. The complimentary breakfast was just tolerable to eat.

The location The entire hotel had a very bad smell and our room was really bad. Like a sewer smell it was so bad. The floor were very dirty and the sides of the beds also. Breakfast was not good either. Would not stay there again.

The "double" beds were rather small for double beds. They were more like oversized twins. The bathrooms are tiny with hollow pocket doors that don't latch or offer any privacy. The pool area was not great. They have most of the lights off. The hot tubs is dark, desolate and unwelcoming with a dirty feeling. They had zero towels out. We went to the front desk and told them there were multiple families with many people in the pool. They only offered up 3 towels and gave attitude when we said we have a family of 5 and needed more. There is 1 security camera in the pool area and it's pointed into the wall. Otherwise the place was decently clean and had a good breakfast set up.

not a bad stay, the pool was dirty/murky, and gym wasn’t as useful. all the staff were helpful, i wish they had a little bit more breakfast options

Low threshold for needs on this stay. Flying in late and getting picked up by friend the next day. Needed shuttle, a tolerable bed and an AC that worked. These were exceeded. I usually bring my own pillow and blanket for sensory issues. Didnt need them. Super soft sheets. AC was killer. Shuttle was easy ti manage and the shuttle driver was helpful and a lovely person. Slightly odd smell when I came in but tolerate and unnoticeable after a few minutes. It was not the smell of cigarettes or anything. Every outlet worked. Surprisingly thats been a repeated problem while traveling. I didnt utilize breakfast, hot tub, pool, or fitness center. But this is a nice low key place with a hotel shuttle. And the price was definitely fair. Will stay here again. Probably on my way back. Walls are thin and could hear someone being noisy at one point, but its an older hotel so not shocked. But Im overly prepared acter years of traveling. I have an eye mask with Bluetooth speakers thay make sure it doesnt disturb me.
