Muy limpio y la atención muy amable de las recepcionistas si lo recomiendo,….

It was too noisy. The noise was laudable. The towels looked old and worn out.

This hotel is updated in the hallways but my individual room was covert shsbby. Both arms on the arm chair were frayed to threadbare. The comforter was polyester with holes which showed the blanket underneath. I didn’t want to sit in the chair nor place anything I owned on it. The front desk is behind protective glass with small openings to pass through one’s identification. I did appreciate seeing all the monitors showing the camera views from throughout the hotel. It must have been a high crime neighborhood yet I felt safe during my entire stay in El Paso. I stayed 3 days in El Paso but only stayed at this facility for 1 night.

Close to interstate. Parking well lit. Close to Children's hospital.

Decent location to restaurants, airport, old building but ac worked great, they have washer and dryer. Small vending machine, good stay for single traveler.

Clean and Helpful, and right off the freeway.

I stayed at this hotel because it has good reviews. I personally was very disappointed. This place is very dirty and outdated. The furniture looks to be circa 1980. There is mold in the shower. This place could use a good clean up.

The modern facilities, fireplace in the lobby and compassionate staff in my personal circumstances. It was a shame they didn't have tea bags and hot water available in the lobby. Only coffee.

The lady in the front desk was very helpful with all my questions !!!

Location

This time around I was a bit disappointed. There was no hot water in the sink and the TV didn’t work.

No hot water for showers luke warm water. Light bulbs burnt out. Lots of hair on floor in bathroom area had to clean up prior to. Toilet ran continuously unless reflushed two more times. Room faced street and loud and then in morning delivery truck parked under window so more noise. And all night sounded like water running on and off from other rooms (or a sound machine for sleeping) not a very quiet night. And heater smelled so bad it made us nauseous and had to turn off for fear of carbon dioxide. Curtains are thin sunlight comes right thru.

Staff was friendly and helpful room was clean. GPS have you turning in on busy street.

The hotel is very nice, clean, staff professional, check in was easy and check out quick. Coffee in lobby, wash machines and dryers available, refrigerator and microwave in room. It was worth my stay, would stay again when necessary

Room key didn't work, had to go to front desk to reprogram it. Then when I went in the room it reeked from some kind of cover up or cleaning spray. So after 7 hours drive I had to go back out to find a store and purchase some Febreeze spray so room smell could be covered up with a pleasant non gaging fragrance. Room curtain was not connected at the top so it would not close completely. Had to find something to clip it together so I wasn't visible from the outside. Didn't realize there was no mini breakfast but was informed they had complimentary coffee. Big carafe had orange side for decaf and black side for regular, Sign on black handle said out of order and sign on decaf side said regular coffee. Which meant no decaf.
