The staff is very professional very clean rooms and quite o always enjoy my stay here the location is fantastic close to everything I need and the grounds are very clean Nothing

Close to the airport and restaurants. Have stayed here several times. Was always fine for a one night stay.when catching an early morning flight. But, it's gone downhill. Refrigerator was dirty; not sure what had stained the doors. Shower was so dirty that I chose to skip taking a shower.

I came into my room. Pass 11pm. There was a car with no lights just driving staring at me. One turn , 2nd turn we had gotten off the car he tried to talk to us and we ran to the room . Just to find it filthy , dusty, the bathroom tub had a leak, there was pubes hair on the tub, the sink. It was so gross. I got room 141 10/12.2026 I immediately called front office and spoke with sky. I didnt want to drive back to yhe front desk because of the man and his white car. We explained that we needed a full refund she said the manager was not available until 7am. She offered to change rooms but she didnt know how clean it would be?? Gross. I have bad knees and she had kne on the 3rd floor. The place is extremely sketchy. We opted for this stay at 99.88 plus a $50 separate transaction deposit on my credit card. I would get that back 7 to 10 days. We were so scared to be out of our rooms we stayed. I had to lay my pants as a pillow since everything is filthy I didn't want that on me. I called at 7am and Stephanie answered she said manager Samuel Ortiz not available. Read. Top. Dusty wvery thing. Dirty floors.leaks in bathroom, nasty trim, furniture is old and broken I want my money back. So gross I couldn't even shower. I would like a complete refund.

Nice room. Beds were not very comfy, so woke up sore but definitely not the worst I’ve had. Light in the bathroom was flickering & wouldn’t stop. Tub/sink was stained but worked without issues. Nice to have the kitchen! Was overall a good stay for us! Staff were very friendly & hotel was very close to airport, so great for next day flights!

Little sketchy with the neighbors but great service and clean rooms! The continental breakfast was meh, but not a bad stay!

Our room was clean but needed updating. The breakfast was grab and go so there was minimum selection.

Would definitely stay again very conveniently located.

The toilet in our room did not appear to flush at first. Eventually, we figures out that it took over 5 minutes for the toilet to refill and then it worked. However, this took awhile to figure out. We were mostly not pleased due to the response from the staff to our request to fix the toilet or move us to another room. We were advised maintenance could fix it in the morning and no other rooms were available. It was not acceptable to not have a working toilet for the night as we were checking out the next morning. The staff responded there was nothing else they could do and gave us a number to call the general manager and it ended up being the same number for the staff person we spoke with initially. In the end, the toilet worked. However, the staff needs more support and training on how to handle these kind of issues.

The bathroom sink and tub were missing plaster and needed to be replaced. It is horrible they rented a room that way.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE HOTELCANCELLED OUR STAY WITHOUT INFORMING US ........WWHEN WE REACHED AT MIDNIGHT WE WERE SAID THAT NO ROOMS LEFT .......VERY IN HUMAN .........WE HAD TO LOOK FOR ROOMS ALL AROUND AT 2 MIDNIGHT .........VERY DISGUSTED DESPITE PAYING IN ADVANCE. PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM

Very limited but I was on there for the hot coffee. The TV was not the best quality.

Rooms were clean The people in the area, and some staying at the hotel. Drug dealers and what appeared to be prostitution. Around the whole property. I am a police officer and know what I’m talking about!
