Essence Express Elizabeth EWR Airport

Wi-Fi is bad couldnt enjoy a show with out service going out… the room didnt match the description online , no good lighting options. Bed was hard and too low to the floor . Dirty towels on the bathroom floor.

To much noise in the nights

Very good

The room where you ok but the fridge wasn’t cold the microwave was hard to use

Clean room- Friendly

Disappointing

Exceptional

All Nothing

The room was very clean. They are doing renovations, I think it shows they care about their clientele. The breakfast was very good..

Muy tranquilo, agradable

Locatrion The in-room air conditioner was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at all.

room and bath were clean. Sheets and 'blanket' were threadbare. Mattress was not a mattress. Don't know what it was but thin and stiff as hell

Very clean comfortable and quiet despite the highway being right there

This is a run-down motel. To call it a hotel is just wrong. The bed was adequate and there were no apparent bed bugs. The floor needed cleaning. The toilet and sink were functioning and clean enough; we did not use the shower. The room wall AC/heating did work. The TV remote control did not function properly. See above. For paying $230, the room should have been better maintained and the issues noted above fixed.

Nothing! Everything!

The pictures that you see is not the real

It was easy to get to. The pictures did not accurately represent the rooms. There were damaged drawers in the room and the floors, table, microwave, and much of the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Also, the bathroom outlet did not work.

All is good

It’s okay.. It was dirty
