Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport

The location was great. We needed it close to the airport and that was a great location to stay at. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff checking in and checking out were very friendly! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Nothing!

Exceptional

It was very clean.

It was very clean, quiet, and enjoyable! Definitely recommend staying here!

The facility was clean and bright, the room was large and nicely laid out and designed with pleasing, restful colors and fabrics. The location was convenient. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included, and the ice machine was in the hall (not in a cubby or behind a door) across from my room and a fellow traveler chose to noisily fill his cooler at 5:45 am. To be fair it is difficult to get ice quietly, but the placement of the machine was poor. I will think twice before staying here again.

Superb

Nice hotel, really nice room,.. a complimentary breakfast would be nice at that price.

Incredible staff, and the shuttle was easy to navigate.

Very clean and all staff was very helpful and loved having the shuttle service. Price is a little high

Good

Loved this hotel . Airport shuttle was key..

The front desk receptionist was extremely cordial and helpful. Was grateful that your courtesy van picked us up at a neighboring property that we were not pleased with at all. What a life saver! This was the third place we reserved after two failed attempts at nearby properties. Everything was fine.

Needed a place for the night and courtyard was perfect. The bed was very comfortable!

Shower sink and shower did not drain, room service is done every third night, no towels given in the morning, no coffee in the morning, but we have to call and they brought it. No bottled water for the coffee. Basically a hotel to make money for the owners.

Excellent and friendly staff!

clean, nice shuttle service, very friendly and helpful staff. no

Overnight stay after a Bengals game. No issues at all. Clean room and shower. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Quiet and safe. Would stay again.

Nothing to say the parking was free

Room was super comfortable. Very close to the airport.
