Peaceful owners are very sweet and polite very respectful ? they always asked how we was doing and made sure we was good :) All is well whats not to like

For the price, I was not expecting much, but I was more than pleasantly surprised with the friendly staff cleanliness of the room and quietness of the area, even though we were near a highway I really have nothing that I could say bad about the accommodations. We didn’t stay for the complementary breakfast.

Nothing Had no elevator and we were on 2nd floor, needs a lot of repairs done to facility. Boards falling off around outside rooms. Carpet ripped very poor conditions for price. Ended up charging $10.00 per night per person extra fee for bringing 2 extra people with us for wedding

This is an old motel. If you are looking for something new and airy, this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to rest for the night at a fantastic price, this is for you. Not a criticism - just an old place. The line where the sink connects to the wall - the sealant was cracked.

Even though it was non-smoking, it definitely had an aroma that lingered in the hallway and the rooms. We stayed one night, and it got us through.

A Karnes Grocery store was less than a 1/2 mile away and we were able to find fresh healthy food choices, so we ate in our room. Additionally, even though we did not need it, we noted a hospital with an emergency room was even closer than the grocery store. The staff were very friendly and responded to our requests quickly, so our overall experience was wonderful.

Older hotel , tiny bathroom, very clean ,comfortable bed . Good air conditioning. No frills, pretty good for the cheep price. Nice man at desk for a very late check in after a concert. Did not check out breakfast. Go to capital diner!

Demanding an open ended hold on .my credit card or canceling without refund

I could go on and on. All I will say is don’t stay here regardless of the ratings posted.

Always Clean and accommodating

Restaurant's were close. The Manager and Counter Staff Where Very Nice and Accommodating. The Manager was one on the nicest people i have ever met in a management position

Friendly staff. Clean. Good value. Toilet was WAY too small. Small, very low, round toilet from the 50s or 40s. I reserved a handicapped accessible room specifically to get a decent sjzed bathroom and toilet for my partner who is a bigger guy and uses a mobility scooter, but they put us in a regular room. He had a very difficult time using the facilities.

The facility is older but is well kept, clean and comfortable. It is easy to access and near numerous places to eat and shop. The staff is great and I will stay there again when I'm in the area.

My go to place when booking a place for our staff to stay! Always clean and convenient place to stay.

Many food and grocery choices directly next door and a nice quiet location! Simple but effective!
