Autzen Inn

No breakfast It’s nice and cozy but very filthy dirty and the lady that owns it makes the rules as she goes. She waved the deposit because she said she just needed to fill the rooms cause she needed money really bad little bit unprofessional.

It was a pleasant stay, and the staff was courteous.

The room was small, almost like a prison cell. The smell of insect spray was overwhelming.

The room was perfectly nice. Easy in and out, the bed was pretty comfortable. No ice machine. But a decent budget stay for a stop on a road trip.

This room worked in a quick need but the room was tiny, questionable electric work, cigarette burns on bedspread and curtains. This was a one night, desperate need for a room waiting on alternative lodging the following day.

The air conditioner worked great. The staff was very friendly. I was able to park in front of the room. The bed wasn't the greatest, but I slept well.

The heater cover was broken and falling off the wall. I was taking a shower and the water got shut off. The staff came and let us know there was an issue, but still! The curtains looked to have holes in them and light was coming through. The staff was pleasant but the property was bad and I'll never go back.

The room has two outlets. It has a microwave and mini fridge. It has ac unit. I liked the tv; it was old school—direct tv. I didn’t have to put in credentials to login into a streaming service. The beds were fine. The property intersperses non-smoking rooms with smoking rooms. Even though we stayed in a non-smoking room, there were several cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. The room also had a faint odor of cigarette smoke that I couldn’t quite decide if it was coming from next-door or just because it used to be a smoking room. There is a 7-11 just across the street.

this place is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time the staff is really friendly they love animals and it’s a good location for food and stores I truly enjoyed my stay there

I fully understand that this was graduation weekend, and I expected to pay way too much for any room, but there has to be some limits. I have stayed at a few places nearby, and and they were decent, so I expected about the same here, and boy did I over shoot that by a lot. The rooms are very old, while somewhat clean, not nearly where they should be. Dingy and depressing. I absolutely do not recommend this motel.

Older motel that shows it's age in many places. Rooms are small with very few amenities. HOWEVER, this hotel is kept clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a place to sleep with a comfortable clean bed and a hot shower, this inn is perfect for you! Air Conditioning was perfect on a warm summer night.

I booked this place for two nights and as soon as I open the door, I knew I messed up. I’m not kidding you the beds were like laying on a sheet of plywood. They definitely don’t put any money into maintenance or making things look nice. It was a rundown hotel room.

This was one of the most disgusting rooms in a motel that I’ve ever seen

The bed was clean and fine; this was better than staying in the car or a park. Our rooms were in the "permanent resident" area, a smoking room. Our rooms, and the motel, had not been updated in probably 40 years, NO amenities.
