Great place!!!! Has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location. Good pizza and salad bar next door.

Hotel consist of multiple buildings on multiple floors. No elevator in the outbuildings. We had requested first floor or close to an elevator and ended up being in an outbuilding with no elevator. Apparently those elevator details are hidden in the fine print someplace. Breakfast was great facility was beautiful a little hard to find. Not right on the interstate, but tucked back in a neighborhood near the campus. Overall, I would stay there again, but would be sure to request a room in the main building. Room super clean.

Best hotel for convenience to University of Oregon campus, cleanliness, and comfort. Track Town Pizza is right next door, and serves the best pizza we've ever had. We will definitely stay at the Hayward the next time we visit Eugene.

Overall we enjoy staying here. My only complaint is that twice in the past month and a half I've stayed there and when I get out of the shower there is a dirty towel on the top of the rack. Twice now. This isn't the end of the world.

Lobby bar and morning breakfast was great! Staff very friendly and accommodating! Room could have been cleaned better. Cobwebs on light fixtures and hair on the bathroom floor.
