It was a good place to lay my head down to sleep.

Breakfast you have take in another building 3 or 4 block away from you no way , building doesn't have elevator,

It is a unique property with comfy rooms.

The suite was perfect and spacious for our 2 night stay!!! The best part was the hospitality and breakfast that was served!!! Wow!! This lady goes above and beyond to make such a nice spread!! My only regret was having to leave too early the second day and didn't get to enjoy the breakfast again!! Thank you so very much!!

The outside of the building is cute, though some might consider outdated. It resembled a Bavarian structure. The hallway and outside entrance are aged and outdated, but the insides of the rooms have been remodeled and were fine. The bathroom and kitchen were updated and modern. There is a full-sized refridgerator, mounted smart t.v., recliner chair and comfortable chair. I think was a great value for the price and I would stay there again.

This is the best place I have ever stayed at when I got my room it was very nice and nite clean and the service there was great if and when I come back to Fairbanks AK I am coming back here to stay again,I rate this place a 5 star and if I could go higher I would but it's a 10 out of 10 for me.......

Clean and quiet

Dead bugs and a bed with crumbs says the room may not have been occupied or cleaned in a while. Booked the room for the jetted tub but the jets didn’t work. Shower head was poorly assembled and was spraying all over the place.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I walked right out again without even checking in. Dirty, falling to pieces, sketchy, inadequate parking, zero security, I actually felt unsafe. 10 minute walk to a different location to check in (and for breakfast, if you stay) is a bonus. I booked for three nights at 6pm, arrived at 7pm, canceled and left again five minutes later. Expedia contacted the property who refused a refund, even partially for unused nights. They would not respond to me directly, just ignored me. This place is creepy and disgusting. It is also not the “Extended Stay America” hotel chain you thought it might be. I did. But it’s not just me , read the reviews here - even the highly rated ones are pretty bad. I filed a chargeback with American Express.

Bring your own quarters to do laundry. No change on property.

I would not let my dog stay here!! This place is disgustingly bad!! The leaky kitchen faucet, gross pillows( flat like a pancake), awful bed and bedding, mud pit for parking lot!! This was not like any extended stay I have been to in the past!! I do NOT recommend this place!

Property was reasonably clean, and the staff there was really helpful. The location and the property is really beautiful. I really liked how they have made the property a mix of a hotel and an airbnb, with all the necessary amenities as well as the breakfast. However, some of the electrical fixtures are pretty old and need repairs. But I would not cut any points because of that. Overall, the property could be a little bit cleaner especially the breakfast area. I also felt that the breakfast options are limited but I guess that’s just subjective.

Due to the tornados that came through Chicago, our flight was delayed by a day. Our reservation was for 3 days. I called the hotel when I realized our trip to Alaska was being delayed and asked to modify the reservation from 3 days to 2 days. I was told no problem and that it would be taken care of. Imagine my surprise when I was charged for 3 days instead of the 2 days we stayed there. I feel that since I called 3 days before the day we were supposed to arrive that I should have only been charged for the 2 days we stayed. It was hard to find this place because you check in at one place, under a different name and then you go to another place under a even different name to stay. Building was run down the elevator didn't work so we had to drag our suitcases up two flights of stairs, after we finally found which side of the building we were to go. There wasn't any type of numbers outside of building to let you know where to go. Grass and flower beds were overgrown. Our room was hot without air conditioning as we only had a very small window in the door going out to a small balcony. Our stay here was disappointing. Just beware!
