I booked for two nights and ended up having to stay for five. The front desk made it easy for me to keep extending my stay each day. The place is comfortable and sits in a pretty, pleasant, treed area. I felt safe staying as a woman alone. Since I had to stay for so long, I really appreciated the full kitchen including a stove top. The place is clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, and I really liked the fresh pears. Will probably stay here again next time I have to be in the same area.

The rooms were clean and big. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! The courtyard so my kids could play basketball while I relaxed by the fire pit was perfect. The shower pressure was not great. Also there was a soccer team staying there banging on doors and running away. I could also hear them int eh room above me.

Great front desk staff.

We were given a room on the ground floor and my companion was the victim of a predator looking through the window into our room. After nearly a week, we have not received an update on this matter. This is very concerning and frustrating, and will affect our decision to book here again.

Great location! I was close to everything. I chose to stay here for my birthday get away I def recommend staff was friendly the facility was spotless!!! I enjoyed my stay. That I didn’t stay long enough! LOVED!

The carpets and elevators were dated and looked old but were clean. The sofa also was not comfortable and needed repair which the staff took note and manager right away instructed someone to look into it. The ambiance was great in the mean office and in the outside area. I don’t think the breakfast was that great but typical of small chain hotels.

Seriously, love the sonesta brand. This specific hotel is what started it all years ago for us. My favorite part? Highly pet friendly and they don't charge an arm and a leg just to bring them!

Good staff and cleen room

I was able to get a room last minute which was great. It was also in a convenient location. The room was not clean. I usually do a thorough check in a room as soon as I get it. I was exhausted, did a quick scan of the room, and everything looked decent. It wasnt until I went to bed that I happened to feel crumbs and dirt at the bottom of the bed under the covers. I pulled the blanket and sheet back and it was disgusting. The sheets were never changed. I had also began having an allergic reaction that got worse while I was there. My guess is that whoever was in the room before me may have been around pets or something and laid in the bed. Will not stay here again.

The outside was pretty and location was not bad. Our bathroom had duct tape covering broken tiles, both the queen bed and sofa bed were miserable, staff was not very friendly.

Excellent spot to stay. Close to everything. Property is clean and welcoming.
