Exceptional

The room was smaller than what the pictures showed. The furniture looked a bit dingy and in need of replacement. The water texture and pressure was off.
-
Clean facilities, attentive and friendly staffs. Attendants responsive to your needs.

The hotel was nice and very clean. The room was great and had everything we needed. We were a little set back though, to find that they only do the rooms and replace the towels and such every OTHER day. This was new to us but other than that,, everything was fine.
-
Great room, large and well laid out. Breakfast was good; not a huge assortment but something for everyone. Very clean. Would be perfect for a longer than one night stay.

When I travel to the Cincinnati area, this is my go to hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds comfortable and the rooms well maintained. The quality of the breakfast food is better than I expected.
