My stay was very nice

We needed to book a new room after discovering our initial room was unhygienic. The Motel 6 in Falls Church was WONDERFUL! Very spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds and a wonderful location. Nothing! It was great!

If you have a short friend with you, they might get asked why they’re so underdeveloped. It’s probably better to check in like 3 hours after the scheduled check in time as rooms aren’t cleaned before then somehow. Be prepared to get asked personal questions by whoever checks you in and delays you getting your room. Or just don’t bother with here, there’s better places. There’s a reason that 1 night here wasn’t even $100-

Asked for adjoining rooms upon check in and wound up being one room apart. While checking into rooms, the room in between was being vacated. The occupant was clearing out the room and yelling at staff across the parking lot. Had I not been with a man, I would have been nervous. The police were called. The occupant was gone within a half an hour. Staff entered and cleaned the room. It was a convenient location for our overnight stay.

There was no breakfast at all. Staff was not friendly. I asked room to change and she refused and said she didn’t have any other room Which was lies

I am a frequent business traveler. The hotel room was awful. Toilet seat completely broken; infestation of small biting flies. Half used shampoo container. Room was run down and dirty. Noise from neighbors.the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in US.

I booked the room around 5am and went to the front desk and she said u can’t get in coz my booking was right . Thats ridicules but I said okay , I asked a refund on the app but nobody is defending . I’m so dissatisfied and will tell everyone bout it

Solid value. Clean. A/C was superb (needed for DC area); hot water good. Bed and linen were good. Not noisy. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

nothing I arrived to the location to find three people waiting and upset. I asked what was going on and the employee at the front desk ignored me and the customer at the front desk explained to me that their system was down and they are unable to check any third party bookings in as they cannot see them. As the line grew to about ten people long, I asked how long it was going to be and the employee didnt say anything except that he was going to get someone to try and fix it. I did not get to stay in the room and I was charged for the room. I should not be liable for their systems being down, i needed a room and stable wifi and this location did not deliver the basic essentials. I still have not been refunded for this order.

Affordable and clean . Felt like it was older property and not updated. Fridge did not work. Did not feel safe (room on backside of property). Cars and people frequently walking or driving around property all night.
