Loved everything but the walk to the metro Nothing

This place was probably the most helpful hotel I've stayed in. Staff went above and beyond when asked for suggestions. Metro was only a short walk from hotel. The burger joint across the street is amazing and save room for the ice cream shop just outside the hotel.

Everything was very clean and nice. The room had everything you could possibly need and there were lots of good breakfast options. Great location, close to DC but not too busy. Lots of eating options in the town right around it. It was a little hard to figure out where exactly the hotel was and how to get in. Also, you had to pay for parking if you weren’t a Hilton Honors member.

Staff was helpful. Room was exceptional and breakfast was good. About an 8-10 minute to the Metro. Very convenient

Great breakfast Very difficult to locate and the parking was horrible!

Big corner suite with a separate bedroom with doors made it perfect for us as a couple with a grown daughter who liked having her own space. Location is a nice urban nook with multiple restaurants within a few hundred feet. Close to a Metro station for easy access to DC. Construction between the hotel and the Metro station made access slightly inconvenient. But presumably this is temporary.

Staff was excellent You’ve got to turn down the “DING!!!!!” From the elevator if you’re going to give someone a room 15 feet from it. Couldn’t sleep through it in room 327. Maybe program it to not ding during sleeping hours. Why does it need to ding at all?

Mediocre beds, and terrible pillows. Noisy outside till 9:30/10pm. Not great sound proofing. Very efficient/small bathroom. Parking at check in is...odd. No unloading area. No parking unless you go in the paid deck (you do get a QR code for the deck to scan after check-in). Unimpressive breakfast.

No parking…garage located in the rear with no access to the hotel. No over hang to unload under during rain.

Hamad from the front desk is very polite, helpful and friendly. Whenever I’m in town I stay in this hotel. It’s clean and well maintained.
