Roaches all over room..slept 3 nights lights on but didn’t help roaches didn’t care..maybe if I was in my 20s I could deal with it..maybe..but I’m to old for that nasty mess..good luck to yall 👍

Nothing I showed up with a reservation and got told they had no rooms available and still tooky money Stay away from this place don't try to have a reservation they will tell you they have no rooms due to renovations and then keep your money because of their no refund policy

They should off at the least free coffee, and housekeeping more than once every two weeks

I did not get to stay there because they overbooked! Ridiculous. Never again.

When i came to check in apparently “they had no rooms available” even tho my room was paid for. Said the rate i got it for wasnt correct, claimed i had to actually have paid $300 more & just asked me to cancel the booking. Very unprofessional & caused me to lose my stay since everything else was booked

Hotel was overbooked - didn’t bother to call us to notify us prior to arrival.

roaches in the room, floors dirty, no amenities, no coffee, staff flat out refused to call a taxi for my ride back to the airport.

Do not book here!! This hotel overbooked by 20 rooms. We had already paid for our room and we were told we could not stay there and were left to find another hotel after driving in from another state. They gave absolutely no apologies and offered no help whatsoever. I received a refund only bc i went through expedia and they called and assured my refund, but another family was left with no refund the same night.

I had reservations for 2 nights paid and when I got there they were booked up and no room. And there was no hotels that had vacancy

Nothing I had this place booked for 3 weeks and when I got there at 3 pm to check in they told me that they was over booked and was very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

rode 250 miles to attend bike festival and when i arrived i was turned away from my room saying it was a computer problem, no solution was offered or any help in acquiring a room for the night and had to pay for another room at a different hotel .awful

I used Expedia because I thought it was a good way to book my hotel since I had a weekend trip, and I also paid for a way to secure my reservation. But when we arrived—me, my wife, and our two kids—the receptionist said there were no rooms and that they were overbooked. They said it was Expedia’s problem. I tried to contact Expedia and the insurance company, but didn’t get a response until 10 PM. The insurance people finally answered, but said there was nothing to be done in that situation. And since it was a very busy weekend in that area, we ended up with nowhere to stay.

Worst property in the United States. It’s a dump and it is an extended stay advertised as a nice hotel. Employees shut the rolling door and hang-out in the back smoking if you are looking for them. We had 2 rooms reserved and both were a total disaster. They left us stranded on 1 room and a week later refuse to refund the money even though they were over booked. Never stay here

This is the worst hotel ever. Not only is it disgustingly dirty but upon arrival they said they were overbooked by 20 rooms. It is a scam. They hope you don't pursue a refund. Will be out of business soon. Dirty, rats everywhere on the outside. Couldn't see room because they claimed to be overbooked.

Very disappointed in this hotel because they overbooked my room. When I arrived from St Louis MO with kids to check in that is when I found out I had no room. Stuff absolutely did not care just told me your room was overbooked and we have no more rooms. Go somewhere else.

The hotel was overbooked. The attendant said she had been turning people with reservations away all day. I called Expedia, and they made it right, putting me up in a different hotel at no additional cost.
