Motel 6 - Fayetteville, NC - Fort Liberty Area

Nothing at all It was dirty. There were bugs everywhere. I had to spray my bags with bugle spray before I left

Upon arrival to Motel 6 I was informed the room I had paid for through hotels.com wasn’t available so they charged me again for a room that was so disgusting I left and went to another hotel. The room had a posted sign that said no smoking but reeked of cigarettes, dead cockroaches on the floor, I was given the key to a room that had someone in it already, do not go to this motel 6.

It was convenient to shopping and things to do Every single room was dirty and nasty.I had to move to 3 different rooms before we got to 1 , that was clean enough for me to sleep in and all the doors are messed up and broke in and it is hard to get in the rooms

The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to attempt attaching the baseboard to the walls. The table was covered in unidentified white gunk. There was some type of spilled and dried red paint or lacquer on the bare wood floor. One night later, I can still recall the stench. I must take time to acknowledge the extremely nice check-in clerk, Susie. She seemed embarrassed to offer the room to me. My frustration is more with Expedia than with the motel. How dare you offer that establishment as a reasonable place for patrons to stay. Once we checkout on Expedia, we have no choice but to spend the night or just lose the money we spent. Truly, you have no decency. In my 75 years of travel and renting hotel rooms this was utterly the worst venue I have ever seen. I suspect, I will never see this review posted on the Expedia website. Shame on you.

Freezer/fridge did not work, ice machine did not work. People outside all hours of the night being loud. Do not recommend.

They said they only had a room without a tv, which is not what i booked. So i had to pay for another room, an additional charge. But once I left the office and drove to my room I saw that the motel had a very criminal looking aspect to it. Cars with broken windows etc. in the parking lot and a lot of people hanging out everywhere as well as weed smoke everywhere around the building. Looked and felt very unsafe so I just left. Never went to the room at all.

Nothing at all. Place smelled like urine. People hanging around in the way of the stairs. Very trashy place.

Didn't stay

This place is a dump and looks like a roach motel! The phone looks like it has been sitting in the dumpster, the pillows are disgusting and flat, I didn’t even take my clothes off when I went to sleep because I was scared bedbugs were lurking. Save yourself the headache, and do not stay here.

Absolutely nothing. I was booked for 4 nights and only made it one. With no reimbursement. First room was 114. Witnessed GM Champayne chasing random people up the street attempting to fight and was i formed by Cindy welcome to the hood,Curtains couldn't even hang up, busted air conditioning, cigarette burns on sheets, hair in tub, hair on towels, old weave on floor, no cabinets no drawer, and there was mucus on wall that was still wet. Complained and manager Twon said he would upgrade room... while young man was pleasant, he said I will upgrade your room. It wasn't an upgrade, it was 2 adjoining rooms. Shower didnt work in 104 and toilet didnt work in attached room. So I assume if you put both bathrooms together it equals one. There was no internet and only one local channel worked The was a bullet hole in the window. No telephone. No microwave. And I had to put my personal sheets, pillowcases, my own pillows and blankets in order to sleep that night. I attempted to clean the floor with towels because there was something black and sticky with towels turning black. When putting on personal sheets I saw boxspring had spills, blood just disgusting. I am very disappointed in my stay. There was black bugs in the bed!!! Unacceptable and Disgusting. DO BETTER!! Plus Iwas told not to lose myroom key becauseno one isthere after 11p so Iwould just be locked out! If you would like the pictures and videos, I would gladly love to share with corporate considering no one has gotten back to my emails or calls.

That I was able to check in You guys advertise Wi-Fi also television and comfortable bed for the prices that I had to pay I got neither very disappointing
