The room and everything in it smelled like cigarettes. I have asthma and did not appreciate waking up to an asthma attack.

Absolutely horrible staff and management! The housekeeper threw away our whole bag of medication when she was cleaning our room!!!😱😱😱😱We came back to the hotel at night not finding our medication bag! We called the front desk and they said oh we can call the ambulance for you if you are suffering!!! We did suffer specially with a special need child who needed his medication and all of us on medication!!!Hundreds of dollars of medication! We have been trying to hold them accountable for the mistake their staff made and they refuse to re embarrass us to replace our medication!!! I don’t trust this hotel and their staff! The management from the hotel all the way up to their director and the risk manager are all horrible and not helpful! We have travelled all over the world and this has never happened to us! Who knows what else has been missing from the rooms and them refusing to be accountable for their staff’s mistakes! Please save yourself a headache and book another hotel that the management actually cares about their customers and treat them with respect and if they make a mistake then they make it right!!! Do not trust them and would absolutely recommend you to stay away from them!

You have to walk through the casino in order to enter or exit the hotel. The problem is, it’s the part of the casino smokers are playing the slot machines. Having to walk through that smoke filled room was torturous for me but since there’s no other way in or out of the hotel, I had no choice.

Very nice. We stayed after a class reunion at the conference hall. 5 star in every category.

Room was clean but the beds were spring loaded and I could feel my partner breathing.

The hotel was okay but our room smelled like cigarette smoke apparently permeating from the smoking at the casino downstairs. The frig in the room had some fan noise and we had to unplug the unit so we could sleep. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. If you are a cigarette smoker you’d probably enjoy this room more than we did.

Very helpful and left satisfied. From the front office to the bartenders. All very helpful. I’d book a stay again soon.

Disappointed there was no where to get coffee in the morning other than on the floor. There’s a cafe but doesn’t open till 11. Not very helpful but overall nice place. Tatoosh grill was phenomenal

Scary long hall ways I didn't like

The place wasn’t all that.. That was a first and last for us…

They don't serve breakfast. I didn't like having to find id every time. It was a clean room. Loud though!;;
