Unkempt room with bugs

Very nice and affordable in a nice walkable neighborhood with good restaurants. It’s also right across the street from a good grocery store. I want to stay here every time I visit Flagstaff.

Safe, well lit motel 6. quiet, decent location.

This place is scary yucky! I know it’s a motel 6 and you get what you pay for but man this was bad! There was trash under the bed 2 out of the 3 lights in the room didn’t work. The A/C didn’t work. The bathroom smelt weird. There was puke on the bathroom door. The shower was scary ( a gym shower with no sandals would have been safer)! There was dirty and crap all over the floor sheets had holes and visible dirt and hair. This place will be a no for us!

As soon as I walked into the room, it smelled dirty, I did not want to walk barefooted. The tv did not work, hot water took a long time to from the bathroom sink faucet. When it finally came out it was just warm. The heater unit was very noisy when turning off and on to keep the room room temperature; it seemed like a very old unit.

This property is infested with bed bugs. I was woken up by painful welts developing on my arms and hands, found bed bug fecal smears on the sheets around me, and captured a live bed bug on the bed. I took it in a trash bag to the front desk, only to find that there were no staff on site. The property manager is on-site 8 hours a day and actually manages the property 0 hours per day as far as I can tell, as I've been trying unsuccessfully to contact him for over 48 hours. The red, swollen, burning bites on my body where bed bugs fed on my blood are now weeping yellow pus. Thanks Motel 6! Do you want this to be your experience! Then stay at this Motel 6! Don't want vampiric insects to crawl all over you, eat your blood, and then defecate your blood back onto you while you sleep? Then don't stay here, because that's exactly what this Motel 6 offers to its "guests." I spent the night here travelling to a new job where I now have to present myself with arms and hands covered in oozing welts that can persist for weeks. Hotels.com should take this bed bug-infested property off of its website, Motel 6 should take its name off of this bed bug-infested property, and the property manager should take themself off of the payroll for doing absolutely nothing to address this problem.

Room was NOT cleaned from last guests…..used soap, hair and wrappers in the shower. No toilet paper on roll or in room. Large sticky spots on floor several places. Loud knocking, banging noises throughout the night! Stained bedspreads. Many people actually live here full time, that leads to a lot of these issues. Dirty & unkempt complex. I have stayed here frequently in the past. Not again! A crazy computer screen/man checks you out. Creepy!!!!

Absolutely horrible. This was the worst place I have ever slept in my life. I would have felt cleaner sleeping in the street. God forbid you take your shoes off and walk barefoot in the room, your feet will be BLACK and full of dirt. Also, if some disgusting person starts their period on the bed, they just leave the mattress AND mattress cover there with it. And ALSO— don’t try to use the air conditioner cause it will be broken—- oh wait, if it does work, it will blow dirt and grime and bugs all over your room cause those aren’t clean either

As long as you’re not looking for a microwave or small fridge and wanted a quick night, that’s all I needed and I do the same again.
