Great spot!

Property was recently renovated and looks great! But in our room at least one of the fancy amenities wasn’t working. Not a big deal but a bit disappointing. Location was great and it was quiet- in spite of being close to a main road. Free bike loans is a nice perk but it rained so we didn’t use them. Overall nice place in a fun city!

The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself brought a unique experience and style. The one downside is the rooms had no refrigerator or microwave. However the staff gave us the option to store items in the lobby area for us. Overall we loved the hotel.

The decor was beautiful. View from our window was amazing, staff was friendly & very helpful. Breakfast was not included with the room.

Breakfast was OK - coffee was weak There needs to be more light in the "dressing room" portion of the bathroom - can't see to put your makeup on & a door that can be shut between "dressing area"/"bedroom" especially when a room is being shared. Having to go down to the reception area to get water & coffee - why not have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels

The remodel of this hotel is d sweet zzz adorable! It’s a great place for a quick stay - however. mini fridge and coffee in-room aren’t part of the deal. There is coffee in the main office, For the price and location, I’d book there again.

Wonderfully and uniquely renovated, with a definite retro vibe, that has brought the property back to life and was a fun, condole stay right across from CSU campus & within walking distance of old downtown area! It’s an older property

This is a super cute, unique, newly renovated/refurbished motel property with a retro vibe that is worth checking out if you’re in the area to check out CSU, or anything near the downtown FC area! The beds were comfortable and roomy enough. Great lobby with coffee and cold water and snax. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I did find a few issues with the cleanliness of the floors in my room, but, not terrible. A few kinks for them to work out as far as housekeeping is really my only issue. Otherwise, a comfortable stay, great location, good restaurant on property and super unique!

Lovely refreshed hotel near Old Town and the University. Beautiful rooms, the pool and restaurant are both wonderful! The staff is so friendly too!

Had knats in the room so they moved us. Manager came up and was really nice and apologetic. AC in new room kept going off. Streaming services kept kicking us off. Called and let them know but nothing was done. Had also requested to have room cleaned which was never done. Insanely expensive - will never stay here again.

Older hotel. Updated with crazy paint and carpet. Rooms not dirty but not spotless. Didn’t use pool or hot tub so can’t say. Location to university great. Lobby overwhelming perfume smell.

Everything was excellent- especially the helpful staff and the clean comfy room. The only complaint I have is that the blinds were not blackout blinds which wasn’t great early jn the am for catching up on sleep nor did it feel completely private.

We have stayed here before and were very disappointed that the complimentary breakfast had been discontinued We wish we had known the room would not have coffee maker or fridge. We expected them as they were in the room at our last visit.

We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The coffee in the lobby is super good too! Overall, the hotel had a great vibe and we really enjoyed our stay !
