Ocean Beach Club Hotel

I loved the room, big and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the best part was the ladies at front desk, so nice and helpful, Avril explained us everything I didn’t like too much the pool but you have access to the resort where the pool is bigger and you have access to the beach, so,that’s was great

Upon arrival the toliet in our room was continuously running and the room smelled.

Front desk girl was phenomenal!!! I can’t really think of anything. I guess paying for parking but understandable.

This property is a little tired. But most of the staff made up for it. The rooms where clean. The have publick transportation close by. Good hot breakfast. The beach was across the street .

It was very convenient and clean and I really enjoyed the stay. The free breakfast was simple but good . I would stay here again with my family

I enjoyed my room was really clean and the pool area was really nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a very relaxing weekend.

Need better wifi

The location of stores for food and beverages. Your outside lounge areas did not offer an area for nonsmoking.

My husband and I planned a little staycation for our anniversary weekend, and we were looking for somewhere quiet, relaxing, affordable, and close to the things we wanted to do. Ocean Beach Club worked out perfectly for us! The property was quiet, the aesthetic was really lovely, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was definitely a highlight as well. For a short, quick getaway, this was exactly what we were looking for without breaking the bank. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Ocean Beach Club for anyone looking for a nice, affordable place for a quick trip or staycation!

The out side seating area could be a little bit better

This is an older propery which is well-maintained. My room was clean, the staff was friendly, & the free breakfast was great. However, this property is misrepresented on hotels.com. Looking @ the pictures on this site it shows that the beach & the ocean are right across the street in a busy area. I booked a room based on these pictures because I have difficulty walking far distances with two fully replaced knees. There are tall white high rises across the street. The public entrance to the beach is on Flamingo St. per the person working @ the front desk. It is not a 3-6 minute walk, either. It is more like 20-25 minutes because it is about 3 blocks down the street & then about another block in from the main street. Within walking distance there is a McDonalds, Davincis Pizza, a seafood restaurant, a sub. shop, a Dunkin Donuts, & a CVS. If you drove or had a rental car you would get around the area just fine. There is also Circuit which has golf carts that are like taxis which have set routes for hire as well. Let's see, the airport shuttle is called Uber. Also, there are no bike or scooter rentals nearby to use. Like another couple, I Ubered in from FLL & we felt 'stuck' there because we had no 'wheels' to get around with. I'm not sure whether the property manager or hotels.com put together the listing for this place to stay, but it is really exaggerated. Jmo.

The rooms were very nice, and it was wonderful having covered parking. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was nice. A Pleasant stay and priced well.

It took 40 minutes to check in. Then we had to change rooms 3 times because the air conditioners didn’t work in the first two rooms.

Have stayed before and glad to have added breakfast. Good variety of food options. Pool and surrounding area clean and well maintained. Hotel is also well maintained, clean with helpful staff!

Dated, could use a complete makeover. No exhaust fan while cooking so you had to open windows. Parking-$ was beneath the building. Convenient & covered. Outdoor living room under the building had chairs, sofas, game areas it was comfy and nice breeze kept it cool. Pool was nice 3' to 6'. Clean. Beds very comfortable. TV was Samsung plus streaming. Beach across the street through another hotel. Blocks to Lauderdale by the Sea. Restaurants abound, health center and Doctors down the block. Walk around without fear. You had to ask to have room cleaned, few employees and work long hours. Only one elevator. Booking.com charged $3,100. Staff told me if I booked direct would be $2,500. Breakfast buffet. No exhaust fan in kitchenette, small, could use more utensils. No screens on the windows.

Staff was friendly and helpful, nice place to stay. Only problem was the beds could be updated and the shower could use a light over it as it was dark. Overall it was a nice stay, I would stay again.
