Las indiciones que dan cuando se compra el paquete no es lo que disen cuando llega al ospedaje el parqueo lo cobran 30 dólares por día el desayunos los cobran empezando desde 19 dólares básico y aparte cobran un porciento más por el hospedaje y según mi paquete lo incluía todo tiene mucha trampa te hacen con cargo por 200 dólares por si pasa algún daño y en eso es que te cojen los gastos que te cargan

Charming, peaceful and comfortable stay The property is charming, comfortable, and very relaxing. September is the low season, so there were fewer guests during my stay. This made the resort especially quiet, peaceful, and private. The staff members were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The resort does not have a steam room or sauna, so it is better suited to guests who want to relax, sunbathe, and spend time by the pools rather than those looking for extensive spa or sauna facilities. Overall, I had a lovely and restful stay.

Open concept and staff were very attentive! Some miss communication on afternoon bbq being free but there was a charge!

The Hotel is located in a prime location. It is an amazing place to relax, disconnect and meet new people. They have plenty of pools where you can decompress. The fact the property needs to focus on update some of the features in the room.

Impressed with the continued improvements being made on the resort!

Great guys, nice pools and hot tubs, excellent spa (get a massage with Robert), just great vibes overall. Went solo and leaving with great friends and memories.

The absolute best part of the stay was the exceedingly friendly staff. Literally each one was so kind and welcoming. We have to give a big shout out to Matthew who works in the cafe. He noticed us a bit lost and introduced himself and gave us a quick tour to help us get our bearings. We also met several other guests who’d been coming for years, which was a good sign. We really enjoyed our stay. And Gustán at breakfast was absolutely lovely and very welcoming! One of our pieces of constructive feedback would be that it was disappointing that the bar was open only on one day of our stay, and then until about 5 pm. The service was excellent but we were bit surprised that the bar was only open Thursday-Sunday. But it was a minor issue.

The resort fee and parking fees are way too expensive. $30.00 to park on the street. plus $30 resort fee per day. No afternoon happy hour anymore.
