Upgrade the rooms pool is nasty

The worst breakfast I ever have experienced in my life. When we came in the first morning, drip coffee was offered in a home 12 cup coffee maker. The jar was almost empty, so we had to wait until new coffee was brewed. There were about 3 scrambled eggs waiting for us in an ordinary 13 inch household frying pan. When other guest arrived we were embarrassed to take one and a half eggs for the two of us. The lady said she would fry again when the eggs were finished. Same thing with the juice and milk in the fridge. Two open half filled glass jars with juice, looking just as they were for private use of the staff. 4 fruits (apples and oranges) having past the best days of their lives. Shamelessly she told us she would replace them, once someone would take the old ones out. I took the last grape jelly and I felt surveilled on every item I took from the "buffet". The property is not that bad, an asset is the thermal spring fountain, but this needs to change. I do not want to feel ashamed when serving ourselves a breakfast that we have been paying for. Not sure if the management is aware of the way the breakfast buffet is managed.

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Enjoyed the tiki bar prices were decent. Breakfast could have been better the Coffee was horrible and they ran out of orange juice

Clean place, good beds for a good night's sleep. Only bad part AC is LOUD bring earplugs, the blinds dont block the 1million watt led lights right outside the doors shine through, I always wear nice blackout sleep mask. On the lower level the drains are slow so you stand in gross water in the shower. I still stay here the first night every trip to ft myers because the Tiki bar is next door.

This reservation was a mistake. The photos and description of the property are completely misleading. This is deceptive advertising.

The room was very clean and everyday we went out and came back it was tidied up

The A/C didn’t work, the room was dirty. There was a roach in the bathroom. And I was harassed twice in the middle Of the night by random pounding on my bedroom door

As an electrician I noticed severe safety electrical issues throughout the whole property I tried to help out management by offering my services and in turn I was told I needed to leave the property air conditioning didn't work ice machine didn't work laundry didn't work since day one I was there and I was there for over a month and a half the management staff feels as if they're above reproach and that they are better than anyone else and I was treated extremely poorly and when I tried to complain to corporate I was sent to Promotions where he tried to sell me a timeshare instead of listening to my issues I will never stay at a Wyndham days and property ever again and I travel for work I was spending somewhere close to $2,700 a month on their property and I got completely no respect whatsoever as a consumer or a customer anyone planning to stay on any of these properties stay at your own risk

The bar was fantastic that was actually a bright spot of the full episode Staff was okay but God forbid you smoked anywhere on a property other than designated smoking areas smokers beware you will be charged I made the mistake of walking in the room for a second forgetting a cigarette was in my hand I walked in and walked out they took my $100 deposit Air conditioning did not cool down enough I was paying by the week had been there for a month was not going anywhere due to the fact I was working in the area and was berated by the staff that I did not pay them on time by 11:00 when I was there to pay them by 5:30 to pay them more interested in getting their money than having customer service and repeat customers

The only thing good about the property is the tiki bar. If you stay at the hotel you get harassed by management and have to feel like someone is watching you or stalking you. I was almost put into a full blown panic attack by the sheer aggressiveness of said to be manager who
