Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Myers Near JetBlue Park

Clean Nothing

Hardly any water coming out of sink or shower, loud A/C, no staff anywhere, asked for sheet change nobody ever came, breakfast sucked, no coffee machine, a machine to check in AND it does not work!? Light in gym goes out every 5 min!!!!?Shut it down.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. The property, lobby and the room were pristine and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. I wish there were more options to eat around the property.

Great staff

Great staff, very clean

The front desk did not have a person staffing the area. There was a person who was remotely handling, via a screen.

Superb

Checking in on a computer screen while there’s a worker hovering over your shoulder who should be doing the work. No one at the front desk to actually help when you need towels or pillows

Poor

Clean room good breakfast

Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno. Le falta algo más.

Helpful front desk and clean rooms

I enjoyed my overall stay at the hotel, as the accommodations and service were satisfactory. However, the breakfast service could be better. The options were quite limited, and adding more variety—such as more hot food choices or fresh selections—would significantly improve the guest experience.

Excelente hotel

Excellent condition, clean, excellent cleaning staff, breakfast is not bad, the only thing the air conditioning was not cooling as it should.

Breakfast was just ok. Breakfast had TOO MANY carb options. Was expecting more healthy protein. Not happy that scrambled eggs were not available. A cold hard boiled egg is not a substitute. My family does not eat waffles, bread, muffins for breakfast. Too much gluten and sugar!

My son and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. The hotel was super clean. Our room was very spacious and very clean. It’s in a great location to restaurants and stores. Although they had no front desk staff and we checked in on a kiosk it was very easy. There is always someone to handle any questions. Would highly recommended staying here.
