Staff was friendly and amazing

The room and bathroom were not clean

Very basic hotel. Paint has started coming off. No utensils. Very old bath room. Overall room is very bad. On the go breakfast is not great with very very limited options. No where close to the extended stay America chain

Due to some type of mix up in our reservation, our original destination of the Westside Extended Stay had no rooms available upon our arrival. However, after a quick consultation with the area manager, we were able to get a room at their Northside location. The room was clean and fresh, the accommodations were comfortable and the amenities provided made one feel right at home. All personnel we had contact with were pleasant and helpful and the property was well-maintained and well-lit at night. The continental breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a surprisingly wide variety of breakfast choices to choose from. This facility will be our preferred accommodation in future visits to our former hometown.

Room was good for 1 night, a bit outdated, but decent. Staff were friendly and parking was good

Location was great! The floors hadn't been vacuumed at all nor while I stayed. Room smelled of urine . Bathroom light strobed. It had a nice bed and comfortable. But the stove didnt work. You had to ask for pots and pans and they were pretty rough. Guess didnt matter when burners didnt work anyways . No ice machine they said I w trays in freezers but they were made before I got there so I wasnt going to use them. Floors in rooms were not clean so had wear shoes most the time in room and ine night someone else was given my room so I had got woke up to a man trying get in my room which a younger woman alone kind of scared me . For the price there is way better option rt beside so im not sure why they even get business tbh. Wasnt horrible but wouldnt choose again unless had to. Disappointed for price . Some staff was super friendly some was not at all. There was leftover fingerprints all over the wall hanging also.

Countertops, microwave, refrig, all very unclean; white washcloth used to wipe off counter had obvious brown handprint! Floor was sticky/squeaky. Lots of cold air from loose edge of window; then heater filled the room with STRONG urine smell. Hair on bathtub. Nice mngr will use my photos for training. Sheets, towels very clean and nice.

This is a great basic no frills hotel. Price through Expedia including $25 pet fee was $117 for a king bed studio. Hard to beat that. Kitchen supplies, coffee maker, hair dryer are not in the room but available if you ask. Everything in the room worked well, really nice shower. Lots of outlets for your electronics. Plenty of grassy area to walk the dog.

Hotel was very dirty.

When I first reserved my room I tried calling the hotel over 15 times and no one would answer. I drove there and the day shift said that the phone was put on disturb. ( that day shift worker was awesome and very helpful l. I got in the room

Breakfast is oatmeal, muffins, granola bars and coffee. Walked in to the smell of weed the first night, but was gone by the morning and didn’t smell it again. Full kitchen was clean and well maintained. No complaints here! Property seems to be well maintained, rules enforced, and staff was very professional and helpful with my every request.

Old asset and amenities could use a refresh.

Pros: Front desk staff was incredibly polite and helpful, shower got hot and had good pressure, bed was comfortable and linens were clean, AC worked well. Cons: When I first arrived, there were orange crumbs all over the lobby area floor and the hallway smelled musty. First room I was assigned was dead-bolted from the inside and I could not get in. Second room I was given I could tell had been cleaned, but poorly: an animal or pubic hair on the toilet seat, a wad of long blond hair on the bathroom floor, more blond hair in the shower, there something pink smeared on the bathroom counter, what looked like blood spatter on the walls in the bathroom (not murder scene level splatter, probably a small injury or menstrual splatter), dirty handprints on the side of the fridge, a spider living next to the AC unit plug, and the ceiling in the bathroom had evidence of black mold all above the shower. I went to the store and bought sanitizer wipes and wiped down everything I could reach before unpacking and settling in. I woke up stuffy every morning I was there, probably because I'm sensitive to black mold and there was some growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.

it was gross, felt unsanitary, kitchen stuff looked disgusting, mold on ceiling.

Location. Pet friendly. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. Staff knew, and had reported, but still rent the room. Was unwilling to take a shower.
