We arrived at 4:00 pm, an hour past check in time, and were told our room was still being prepared by housekeeping. There was also an incidentals deposit that I was not made aware of until I swiped my card. The room was large & very nice. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

We loved our stay! Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The very best breakfast we had on our trip. Lots of choice. Well made. Excellent!! The room is clean. Couch comfortable. Well maintained. Convenient to shopping and to downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed our night in Franklin. The area has a lot to offer. Our mattress has seen better days, but overall it was fine for one night.

Location was lovely- highly recommend Chrysalis Italian Restaurant across the street! Hotel was nice but they experienced a power outage which prevented them from issuing room keys for about 2 hours at check-in. Employee let us in room (4th floor) but bringing in our luggage & other belongings was a hassle since one person had to remain at room door while one person brought up the belongings -3 trips as the luggage cart was a small triangular mini cart... employees were nice and free breakfast buffet was good.

Beautiful property, well maintained, and very spacious rooms. Very pleased with the entire experience. You will not be disappointed if you are passing through the Nashville area.

Wonderful location with a staff that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and this brand. They will be our go to in the future.

It is a decent place to stay for the price. The kitchenette is great, but the bathroom maintenance could be better. The “Complimentary” breakfast offerings are good.

Pleasant

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room looked acceptable at first glance, but once we were actually in the space it became obvious that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The floors were especially bad. After simply walking barefoot around the room, the bottoms of my feet were visibly black with dirt. I’ve included a photo because it honestly speaks for itself. There was also noticeable grime, dirt and buildup along the baseboards and walls, including areas that looked as though they had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. I don’t expect a hotel room to be pristine in every tiny corner, but I do expect the floors and basic surfaces to be clean enough that walking barefoot doesn’t leave my feet filthy. This went beyond normal wear and tear and made the entire room feel grimy and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations of a hotel stay, and this property fell well short of that standard. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was okay. No butter for the waffles, hence 4 star rating.
